Clam stay away from the rush of cities
Reviewed By d4v3sLocation: Very nice location with natural lake accessible on multiple fronts. Jungle walks and cycling is possible. Somehow the jungles lack biodiversity as I didn’t spot too many birds but overall it was a calm experience. Check-in: Pickup from Schorfheide was arranged on short notice, resulting in a smooth checkin. Room: Clean and cosy room with comfortable bed, and window with outside view. It lacked a tea-coffee machine. Also, wifi in the room was a hit or a miss. Restaurant: I had the most delicious pastas of my life with awesome staff taking care of my needs everyday. Also, their buffet had good variety and it was vegetarian friendly. Staff: From the reception to the restaurant, the hotel staff were friendly, eager to help and knew english . The restaurant staff understood my needs and remembered my food preferences. Town: Groß Schonebeck was a really small but picturesque place where one can do some soul searching.

Reviewed By Anne KThe hotel itself was build during the GDR-times. It was created for families to spend a nice time during their holidays. This flair is still a bit remaining even if the entire hotel was totally refurbished. There's nothing you'll miss here! The fitness room is big and equipped with several training devices such as: treadmill bicycle ergometer rowing machine ergometer elliptical cross trainer and a lot of other fitness machines The indoor pool has 25m lanes and a kids pool. There are tables for table tennis and billiard. You can rent bikes and segways. There's a real cinema and so on. It won't be boring there. Due to the architecture you can hear other guest on the corridor. The room was well prepared and very clean. The staff was very nice at any time. There was a big breakfast buffet. Warm and cold dishes have been served.

Little piece of heaven away from everything
Reviewed By ColchenArrival and "moving" in our house was easy with a very pleasant receptionist. The Ferienpark is a little area with appr. 20-30 houses. Is held clean and tidy daily. The house was awesome. A lot of space, very clean, new and a very nice interior. We paid around 226 plus Kurtaxe for 2 nights. 3 bedrooms, kitchen fully equipped, TV, terrasse, one bathroom/ toilet upstairs and one seperate toilet downstairs. The Ferienpark includes as well free parking close to the house, a nice playground for older kids and one for toddlers and a restaurant (where we only used the cake choice which tasted fresh and great - def recommended). A bus stop is right at the main street and the Therme 5min. by walking away. The surrounding area has much to offer but we had just a relaxing weekend. Overall its a great place to stay and I would def recommend it. But I have a couple of points to consider/ check before you book. There is no WLAN available. LAN will be charged. Phone connection (as well as internet over phone) is horrible. During check in request a house away from the compressors in the middle of the area as they can get quite loud at night.

Reviewed By LindaL751Saubere Pension , Zimmer geräumig und ausreichend. Ebenso Zimmer mit Fenster und sehr hell. Frühstück ok. Seelage unschlagbar. Man kann mit dem Boot direkt ins Wasser. Ein paar Liegen stehen auch zur Verfügung. Hier kann man runter kommen ;)

Nice location at a lake and nice rooms, but unfriendly staff in the restaurant
Reviewed By MarchlewskiThe hotel is nicely located directly at a quiet lake. All rooms are have lakeview and are clean and well equipped. Swimming in the lake is not so easy, first you have to walk throught the restaurant to get to the lake, there is no other way. Then you have to manage our way through duck and goose droppings. There is Wifi availabe, which works well in the restaurant but only in certain spots in our room. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant one night and were really annoyed by the staff there. We almost had to beg to get place another order, at some points they just neglected us.

Reviewed By huhtikuu82Nice and quiet. We where in the room 12, lot of space. The kitchen was well equipped. We where travelling with dogs, so there was a okay palce to walk the dogs. Minus: -We could not get hold of the staff by phone - there was no parking lot (we where travelling by car) - only cash Templin is small, but idyllic. There is no grocery store near so remember to go to the store before you go to the pension. The house is in a diffrent address, but drive first to Lindenhof 1 and they will give you directions.
