All the rooms have flat screen LED TV with cable network. All the rooms have free Wi-Fi access. All the rooms have terrace facing toward lush green valley and Swat River flowing under chin. Our Restaurant: Newly constructed two floor restaurant (Do Darya restaurant) offers wild range of Pakistani, Chinese and continental cuisines, while swati fish is served as special dish. Open air garden: An Open air garden on river bank .
Good location but discomfort
Reviewed By Khwaja56Stayed two nights. Toilet was leaking so moved to the other room. That turned out to be a bad choice as roadside noise and people approaching the boiler on the roof made it difficult to sleep. To make it even worse across the river there was illegal dredging operation the entire night. Could not sleep. Humble staff but that does not help. If booking this go for bottom rooms and be prepared for sub standard service.

Good manager, crappy rooms
Reviewed By Tauseef Zfor the price the rooms are not good, they were dirty, actually, professionally they do not know how to maintain a room for incoming guests, the manager is a nice guy but he could do a lot more, the problem with Kalam is that there are actually not many nice places to stay so when going to Kalam take feedback from people who actually stayed at places. If you do end up at this place then negotiate hard.

Good place if you want to stay away from market and closer to nature
Reviewed By asimnsRooms are better than most other places in Kalam. But not all of their rooms are equal. Some are really tiny rooms away from main building. But some of their rooms are good with awesome views. Room service is below average. There is no phone or bell for room service. I always had to call our tour operator on his phone number even for a cup of tea. Rooms are clean and they have a good lawn. In our visit there was a surprise visit by on of current federal ministers who was a friend of owners.

Best stay in Swat
Reviewed By Shoaib ARock city resorts on swat River gives comfort and best staying experience. We booked two rooms, River facing with excellent views. Staff is very good, breakfast experience to average. Near this hotel, 10 mins walk takes to a shopping mall and marina swat restaurant. Over all stay experience was excellent.
