Reviewed By SamuelpasI stayed here for 1 night for business trip before pandemic. The location was good near the center. The room was big, comfort and clean. The breakfast was simple food with not many choices. The hotel was not lux, but this hotel was the best in town and I had a comfort stay.

Reviewed By lusil2019Near Sumenep Museum Keraton (Sumenep empire museum) just next to this hotel. I have been visit Sumenep many times but just realized when I stayed in this hotel and the view of my room was the museum. You will have the mountain view even just in the second floor. If You are a Traveler who need a clean and tidy linen, spacious room with a real international standard hotel, i can guaranteed thia hotel is very recommended to you. The security very friendly and doing his double job as the concierge but i really can feel his efforts like a 5 stars concierge. He run to directing the parking, open the door of the lobby, even offering his self to bring the luggages to our room. Front office staff so warmy, and He worked smoothly. We just booked our reservation from Traveloka at the same night and He did it so fast to give us the room key. We was stayed at #203. To be honest I was shocked about the price with the facilities and a vancy room and confy bed they have, with approx. $20 or 275K IDR you will get a vancy hotel like this, for me it is so "wow'. the House keeping need to maintain the cleaness of the toilet. I was found yellow cracks in each corner of their shower floor. The smell of the floor from the park ramp to the lobby also so stink. even the toilet near the pool also very poor maintain. They have a simple buffet breakfast as well on the weekend. The price is 2 stars but the facilities is 4 stars.. Over all, I feel grateful of this hotel. welldone The Baghraff Hotel.. Thank you for being exist in the City of Sumenep.

We have a large parking area, and you can park your vehicle in front of your room. Airport is 10 minutes from our hotel, Bus Station is 2 minutes, And City Center is 10 minutes from our hotel.

Reviewed By Z4480MRmichaelkMaybe the best hotel option in Sumenep, but still only 3-star. The rooms are clean but the best times of the hotel are already behind it. The presidential suite offers a lot of space but very basic interior. The bathroom is clean and simple. In the morning i had very little water pressure in the shower, but that might be due to the fact that we used the hotel during Idul Fitri (with many other guests). The food is ok but the choice is very limited and portions are rather small. Food quality is ok. Breakfast coffee is offered from "sachets". Dont expect too much English language knowledge! The wifi is stable and surprisingly fast!

Reviewed By Lany0503Lokasi bagus dekat kota, staf ramah tp kurang tanggung jawab. Kamar okay tp sprei dll walaupun baru dipasang saat kita check-in, tp masih bau bekas orang. Gorden jendela kecil pas2an, denga posisi pas sebelah pintu KM, jd kl ga hati2 bisa kelihatan dari luar. Ada selotape yg ditempel2 ke kusen (sptnya sdh lama krn udah susah nempel), seharusnya diperbaiki. KM water heater ga jalan, selang toilet bocor semua sp suara air nya semalaman mengganggu sekali.

Pleasant hotel
Reviewed By Graeme SThis hotel is quite pleasant. It's best rooms around the Rp250,000 mark are spacious, clean and have a TV, hot and cold shower and aircon. These rooms are mostly upstairs. The breakfast is a one bowl meal, but is adequate. The location is a backstreet. It is a little too far to walk to the main tourist attractions such as the kraton.

Reviewed By dolhirtidak ada pengecekan kebersihan kamar ketika kita check in. awal tidak disediakan handuk dikamar ketika kita tegur baru diberikan handuk.pelayanan kurang ramah. Air mati dari pagi sampai mau check out, tidak ada tanggung jawab dari pihak hotel malah menyarankan mandi diluar. pelayanan terparah yang pernah saya terima di hotel manapun. harga mahal dengan pelayanan seperti diatas. sangat tidak rekomended.
