With a total of 150 beds, Select Hotel A1 is one of the largest hotels in Stuhr and has become an integral part of the region over the years. Nicely situated, basic & straight forward
Reviewed By MaxPeenConveniently located at the crossroad near the A1 towards Oldenburg. It has a restaurant and 2 fast food chains nearby. Also Fast Chargers for electric cars in front of the hotel. Parking comes at a cost, but as a second thought I think this is kind of a rip off. It is not really required I think. Nonetheless it can be booked and is not expensive. The rooms are just good, have all they need. I had a room which was quite spacious and had seating area with a couch also. It was not really expensive either. Staff is friendly and helpful. They have a good attitude. The breakfast is quite decent. Again. Nothing special but everything you need it has. No complaints. There is also a small bar and seating outside, convenient on the hot summer days. There is also a Gym and Welness. Not big, the gym has a spinning bike, treadmill and kind of some sort of cross trainer. The mix between price. Location and amenities and the staff makes this a good choice to stay for the night. It is exactly good for that purpose. I don’t believe it is intended for longer duration of stay for a ‘romatic’ couple of days near Bremen. For that you need to look into the city I guess. I will return. Oh and at last: the Wi-Fi is good.

Reviewed By JoEllen ZWe were just looking for a decent place to overnight on our way home, that was dog friendly. What we got was a spacious suite, private terrace and a restaurant clearly a favorite with the locals. Dinner was unexpectedly excellent, with a pumpkin soup that was out of this world. But the real clincher was the breakfast. Usually, breakfast is some bread, cheese and cold meats in this part of the world. Not here. The sumptuous repast filled a table for four and it was just the two of us. The freshest kaiser rolls and straight-from-the-farm butter, homemade jams, all manner of sliced hams and sausages, soft and hard cheeses, yogurts, cereals. And eggs anyway you want them. We would stay here again just for the food!

Quaint little Hotel
Reviewed By WorldTravellervmI stayed at this hotel in August, as I was attending wedding that was held there. Breakfast was very simple, with the usual cheeses, hams, lukewarm coffee and bread rolls. The day that I was checking in, the hotel was closed! Luckily my friend had picked up my hotel key the day before and had it ready for me. We let ourselves into the hotel and had to find our own way to the hotel room. The wedding was held at the Hotel Venue Reception centre. It was very nicely decorated and the buffet food was delicious.

Great place for a stopover near Bremen.
Reviewed By danielpT7749ASGreat place for a stopover. Property and surrounds are warm and inviting. Everything is clean and fresh. Staff is warm, friendly and accommodating. Food and drink is good (dinner and breakfast) and modestly priced. Convenient to the A1 nearby Bremen. Would definitely stay here again when in the area.
