The Serrana Hostel Spa, located in the heart of Socorro (Cra 13 No. 17-26) has a swimming pool, sauna, massage area, reading rooms, comfortable and spacious rooms. Services are well positioned for any day of the week, you give free rein to rest and calm.

Reviewed By MixaFinlandWe stayed one week on business here. It was absolutely perfect for us. It’s a beautiful and well maintained property. It has parking which was essential for us. Breakfast is very good and gave us a good start for the work. There is a nice and veey clean pool, little sauna and spa. It’s a charming old building so rooms are of course accordingly but clean and good amenities. The only small minus is the mosquitos which there are a lot so repellant is a good idea. Location is very central in Socorro so easy walking distance to everywhere. The staff is super friendly but not all speak English so might need some basic Spanish at least.

A Wonderful Place to Stay in Socorro
Reviewed By 712kerimI stayed here for 8 nights an absolutely loved my stay! This charming colonial-style hotel has great character and is impeccably clean. All of the rooms vary in size and configuration on three levels. The upper level rooms have more light than the lower ones, so be clear in the kind of room you would like. There’s plenty of outdoor space including a nice little pool which is ideal for the hot days. The hotel staff are all super friendly and helpful including the lovely owners. The staff went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable in my stay. A hot breakfast is served each day with a smile. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending this hotel.

Las cabañas son acogedoras, el personal es servicial, hay hamacas, billar,y canchas deportivas de baloncesto microfútbol y tennis,además que se disfrutan juegos tradicionales como el polo.

Reviewed By fredobopI have stayed a whole week in this hotel for a business trip around Socorro. The location is ideal as it is in the really city center of Socorro. Ask the room with the big windows and you can see the colonial church from your bed! Clean room and very friendly and helpful persons at the restaurant and the reception! Great breakfast and calm street. To be recommended for both families, business and solo travelers

Al llegar el encargado manifestó que estaba lleno y que buscáramos otro alojamiento, cuando se le exigió cumplir con la reserva ya que se había hecho un pago por adelantado manifestó que no era su asunto y que era un problema entre nosotros y la agencia de viajes. Francamente es un establecimiento nada recomendable.

La peor experiencia con la dueña del hotel
Reviewed By 285elsycPublicidad engañosa: ofrecen sauna y piscina y lo apagan para que el usuario no lo use. La dueña del hotel muy grosera; tiene cero servicio al cliente. Ofreció habitación con ventilador y al pedirle el ventilador me gritó aparte que iba a cobrar como con aire acondicionado.
