I initially made my reservation with Dave who was very polite and accommodating on the phone. I also met Dad on my check out and he was as I mentioned. He was professional, very kind, accommodating and friendly to deal with, thanks Dave. When I checked in, I was met by Megan who checked me in. She was very friendly,..took her time with me,..was very professional and kind to me. Always great to walk into this hotel,..as it is like GOING HOME. They always make us feel very welcome and like we are the only guests,..thanks Megan and Dave. Our room was very clean and had everything we could need or want for our one night stay. There was no issue at all,.. The internet worked well,..the bed was comfortable,..the noise level during the night was just about nil,...and we had a wonderful night. We had a lovely breakfast in the morning which included all you could need or ask for. I took it to our room and Mona was very accomodating in giving me a tray. We had our service dog with us so it was easier for us this way. They had lovely hot scrambled eggs, sausages and hashbrown potatoes. Along with that there is a variety of breads to toast, cereal, muffins, fruit, cookies, juices, tea and coffees, granola bars, yogourt and everything was served nicely and clean. Mona runs a tight ship in the kitchen,..everything was well presented, clean and plenty for everyone. Thanks Mona,..I loved our chat as well,.. You were very friendly and I enjoyed speaking with you. All in all,..this is the ONLY hotel we stay when in the Smiths Falls area for all the above reasons. Thanks folks,..we will see you all again for sure.

There was blood on the wall, yellow stains on the sheets, elevator smelt like garbage, lobby was disgusting "ants crawling everywhere, carpet was ragged, bird crap everywhere on the balcony, tub had pubic hair, fire alarms were brownish smoke stained colour "did they even work"?

BEWARE OF BEDBUGS
Reviewed By FionaxoBEDBUGS!!! When I first got there, I didn’t think it was all that bad. Yes, very outdated and basic but not terrible. Until I woke up around 6 to 2 VERY ITCHY bites on my arm. Turned on my phone flashlight and saw a BEDBUG! At check out, front desk didn’t apologize or acknowledge anything I was saying. Seemed like they already know and don’t care. Disgusting!!

Best Inn is located on hwy 15 just beginning of smiths falls great location very easy to get in and get out. we offer rooms with large 50 inch or 42 inch flat screen tv,fridge,microwave,direct dial telephone,full cable,free wifi,free parking and luxurious pillow top beds.we have a cabin rooms with all this facilities as well. come check us out.

Reviewed By Meadowvale_CKThis property is located on the main street steps from the Rideau Cannel. While there is no concierge on site, the remote staff were very help. Apartments are clean and well maintained and there is a lovely cafe located on the property.
