Exceptional value for money
Reviewed By africamuseThis was the cheapest of the 13 hotels I stayed in during my seven weeks in Turkey, but it was an international standard modern hotel. I highly recommend it. Clean and comfortable, it is only a few minutes walk from the centre of the old town. Be aware that English is not widely spoken in Sivas - I think this was the only hotel I stayed in which the reception staff had no English, but that is a reflection of the town being off the mass tourism track rather than a reflection on the service. We managed with my very tiny bit of Turkish and I enjoyed an excellent stay there. My only criticism is that the hotel is not very responsive to emails. I would definitely stay there again.

Personel nazik ve iş bitirici. Merkeze yürüyerek 5 dakika. 5 yıldızli otelden tek eksiği havuz hamam ve SPA olmamasi. Eksik olarak: Otel biraz soğuktu. Merkezi isitma COVİD-19 nedeniyle çalışmıyormuş. Kumanda cok zor calisiyor ve TV kanallari az. Bir daha kalirmiyim? Evet.

Reviewed By Ed HThe locations street is a bit crowded, so it is a bit difficult parking your car. But.... ask the hotelspersonel and the parking problem is solved in a minute. Great!! The entrance of the hotel is friendly and has a rich feel to it. The lobby personel does their work quickly and good. The luggage is being carried to your room. Breakfast is more than enough and with great taste. The rooms are spacious enough, but for a couple with each their own luggage, the rooms are a little bit too small. Still, one can manage! The bathroom with shower is more than sufficient. The manager and his personel are great and friendly. In the immediate surroundings are many shops( clothing, gold, restaurants). The people of Sivas are friendly and helpfull. I recommend Sivas and this part of Turkey to be visited for they are a beautiful city and a breathtaking area.

Thin walls, skimpy breakfast.
Reviewed By RichardK121The hotel is near everything. The room was nice and clean. The WiFi was great. The breakfast is served already prepared for you. I stayed five nights, and each morning my breakfast was a little smaller. The female crew provides better service than the male crew who didn’t seem concerned that my breakfast had only two thin slices of a tomato and no cucumbers. The walls are thin. You will hear your neighbors on the phone and in the toilet. I got very little sleep. You will also hear chairs being moved around above your room. They don’t have a fitness center. Don’t get a room that is 01, for example 201, or 301. It’s next to the elevator. And they don’t speak English.
