Reviewed By mtes2014Service, food and spa are great. It's really a place for relaxing. I like the horse and dogs a lot. Swimming pool looks very nice. One of the best hotels we visited during our trip through Colombia. Surrounding especially the mountains looks also very nice.

Reviewed By christylkaneWe absolutely love everything about our stay. We came back because the host is one of the kindest and most attentive hosts. The staff is kind and makes sure that you’re well taken care of, too. It’s the perfect place for families because the rooms are spacious and include a dining area. However, we rarely use our own stove because the restaurant is so delicious. Their salmon and ribs are the best. Additionally, there is a beautiful river you can easily hike to, goats to feed, and plenty of space for you, your kids (or dog!) to explore. When visiting, be sure to bring your hiking boots, sun screen, bug spray, pool towels, and a fan (although one is provided) to best enjoy your stay. There is also a town close by to grab any essentials you may have forgotten. The food, staff, views, and pool are amazing. We cannot wait to come for our 3rd visit!

Reviewed By AS-WT13Diese Finca liegt mitten in den Bergen. Er hat erzählt, dass das Grundstück ursprünglich eine Kaffeeplantage war, die in deutscher um 1900 gegründet hatte. Der jetzige Eigentümer hat das verlassene Grundstück erworben und wunderschön in Stand gesetzt. Der Weg dahin ist eine nicht befestigte Straße, wir hatten leider sehr viel Regen, und unser normaler Pkw rutschte hier und dort und schlug mehrmals auf dem Boden auf. Höre Fahrzeuge haben bestimmt kein Problem. Die Häuser, alle mit eigenem Bad, liegen wunderschön im Urwald. Die Dächer sind noch Ware erhalten, und würden heutzutage so nicht mehr verbaut werden. Die Familie hat uns auch kulinarisch verwöhnt und wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit verbracht.

Reviewed By olgalumoralesHicimos uso del alojamiento y desayuno (aparte) la estadía fue totalmente decepcionante, las fotos del lugar en los portales muestran un lugar agradable pero la realidad es otra. • Se debe pagar por adelantado el alojamiento que resulta muy costoso para lo que ofrecen, no verifican la identificación contra documento. No emiten factura • Protocolo de bioseguridad muy deficiente. • Sin registro Cotelco, no deberían ofrecer alojamiento ni estar en los portales de turismo • $160.000 habitación sin baño, sin mobiliario más allá de las camas, sin televisor. Se escucha todo entre las habitaciones. • Baño compartido, desaseado, inodoro atascado (hay una “chupa” para quien requiera usarlo) no hay ducha (tubo PVC) bañera reducida se sale el agua (hay un trapero sucio). • Al interior del predio, hay un BOTADERO DE BASURA al aire libre, lo cual genera olores nauseabundos que no dejan dormir lo cual favorece la proliferación de plagas como cucarachas, ratas e insectos. • Abundan las aves de carroña (CHULOS) por la cantidad de basura que acumulan de manera no controlada. • Aunque el desayuno no estuvo mal, las condiciones de higiene de la cocina son deficientes. En otros portales ya han reportado algunos de estos problemas y no hacen nada por solucionar
