Reviewed By VeekChundooIt’s without doubt one of our very Best Holiday so far. All staff were absolutely brilliant, very friendly, helpful, kind and considerate at all times. Food were amazingly very delicious & yummy, really spoilt for choices of food to be honest. The hotel is very beautifully designed with lots of spaces and wonderful landscaping, spotless in all areas. Special thanks to Yasin Demirci, Umut, Buse from main buffet restaurant, Arif from Reception & Aycan from Housekeeping who all have gone the extra mile to ensure we have the best & memorable holiday. Yasin Demirci very pleasantly surprised us by having our preferred drinks ready for us at our preferred the dining table and accompanied us to the table which was so lovely. Arif from reception was very kind & polite, always smiling, knowledgeable, and considerate at all times. Nothing was too much to ask Arif, he was always happy to help at anytime. The staff made us feel special, we felt we part of a very big family at Hilton and really can’t wait to come back again very soon. We very highly recommend the Hilton Dalaman Hotel.

Reviewed By C3926TRtristancThis is by far the worst hotel iv stayed in the staff are rude the food is non existent we had to actually go and stay in a tui hotel after a couple days as couldn't eat any of there food the rooms where dated ours had 3 single beds crammed in and as there was probably 20 guests in total you would think they could of put us in a double the bar never had any ice and could not get water my the pool until after 2pm this was ab all inclusive booking but there was literally nothing there to be included all the resent positive reviews on trip advisor from may in my opinion are fake as there are not representative of the hotel the service or the food save yourself the disappointment and go stay at 1 of the tui resorts for an extra couple hundred pounds we spent this in 2 days eating out before biting the bullet and booking another resort for the last few days

Reviewed By erinmX5399NPstayed 2 weeks here in august with my partner and 2 children, room was lovely, were cleaned dailey, air con was free and view was nice, the food was disgusting! they cater more for the russians and locals, flys and not much choice, and snack time was once through the day but you had to be quick, also the same thing everyday. into our 2nd week my parents joined us so we ate out everyday, which is a must do, the local town is great everyone is friendly and food is great. before my parents joined us there was only us and another family that were english, the other guests were very rude, tried steeling my childrens toys and banging all night, i told reception but nothing was done about it, and continued till those guests left, the 2 weeks we were there the pools were not once cleaned, baby pool had quite a few floaters. Martin the bar man is fantastic! he works for one of the resteraunts in town so if you wanted he has a private sitting area where they come and make you a meal. theres a free bus to the beach and free towels, beach is lovely the sand is extremely hot so wear shoes, theres a snack bar there which serves burgers ad hot dogs they do pop but no alcohol, a man called captain may try and get you to go on his crab boat, this will be a great experince if you have no kids, we wemt unknown what was to happen with our 2 and 4 yr old, we had to walk into the sea waist up to climb on the boat, then was took to some swamp to catch the crab then to a jeti where him and his crew cooked the crab the food was really nice lol however they give you raki and vodka then at the end tell you 30 euro for 2 shots lol my children were traumatised especially when they dropped us off on the other side of the bdeach in the sea, ive now come to the conclusion it was an illegal boat trip haha last thing, the entertainment was diabolical, it was always in turkish even movie night was turkish. will go back as the area has a lovely feel but different hotel and self catering lol

Good Location for flying out of Dalaman, but run by COVID deniers

It’s close to the airport for when you have an early or late flight and can’t get to your destination yet 2. It’s inexpensive 3. And, this time they helped arrange the PCR testing team come to the hotel for ease of testing before our international flight BUT, we will never stay here again, and if your safety and well being is important to you, you won’t either. The owner/manager is a COVID denier and an anti-vaxxer. Despite Turkish federal laws mandating masks, they don’t wear them - the owner went off on some crazy conspiracy theories about the virus and vaccines, including how the USA was going to collapse "soon" due to lack of food production. HUH? WTF? So, for all of you COVID deniers, have at it. Here you can freely share all of your flat earth theories and continue bragging that you’re smarter than every scientist and doctor on earth. It’s long past over due - we need to cull the herd. We need to rid the earth of your Idiocracy. So, please, all of you stay at this hotel together, spread your illness and stay far away from us - those who still believe in science and facts. And, if you need to work from here, the internet will just barely get you emails and texts.

A cosy hotel with a marvelous restaurant
Reviewed By Inna KWe were staying in Han boutique hotel for a week in June and it was a perfect choice. Very cosy family owned hotel with a beautiful eclectic design, friendly staff, high level of comfort and service where you feel like at home. The menu at the restaurant has a good combination of modern Turkish and European cuisine, we tried almost all dishes and it was delicious, especially see food. We highly recommend this place and definitely will come back.

Reviewed By joergsasinWe were staying in Sarigerme Inn from 18 till 25 July. The personal is very guest-oriented, kitchen stuff are always smiling. The breakfast was ok. The pool is very clean and diluted with chlorine moderately. Special thanks to head manager, very kind and nice person. Speaks English well and can help you in many situations. We have only two negative remarks: 1. Night-shift managers should pay more attention to what’s going on after 23:00 or even earlier. We spent two nights without any sleep because of loud family was having fun near the pool. 2. House keeping managers should on default refill all the bathroom stuff (shampoos, toilet papers) I wish the hotel a good season and nice guests. See you next year!

Good for covid-19 days
Reviewed By caliculaWe spent about 10 days in The Palm Apart Sarigerme. It was clean and very silent. There is just a badroom, an open kitchen and a living room. The furniture was very used and limited. Impossible to walk to the beach with kids because it is located far away. You need a car. If you don't have any car it is possible to call a taxi from the village nearby. Take care from mosquitos in the evening. Anyway I advise you this hotel especialy during Corona days.

Bunda da başarılı olmuşlar bence. Odalar eksiksiz, düzenli ve tertemiz. Havuz pırıl pırıl. Sarıgerme hotellerinin çoğunu aksine odanızın balkonundan, havuz kenarında yatarken yemyeşil dağları, manzarayı seyredebilirsiniz. Akşam yemekleri de Sarıgerme'deki restaurantlarla yarışır, artısı burada evinizde gibisiniz.

Reviewed By susanna mCi siamo fermati qui solo la notte del ns. arrivo a Dalaman - la struttura è vicino all'aeroporto, situata a 10 minuti.... dato che atterravamo alle 22 passate...ma nel mezzo a un bellissimo parco con laghetto. Svegliarsi qui è veramente una gioia. La stanza è molto carina, tutta di pietra, arredata con gusto, con mobili e quadri a tema. La mattina vieni accolto con una colazione in stile turco infinita!!! Si può fare colazione sul laghetto. Ottimo, meraviglioso.. peccato restare solo una notte.

Pity we were only there 1 night
Reviewed By GailWilliamsWe arrived into Dalaman airport at 10.30pm, with a transfer to our resort booked for the following day. Arriving with a pair of 8 year olds at 11pm was a little daunting, but the owner made us feel that nothing was too much effort - even finding the english channel for us on the TV before departing. On awaking the following morning, we had a delicious traditional turkish breakfast, with adjustments as needed for my fussy eaters. The room was clean and looked new, the sofas in the living area converting into fold down beds for the boys, the bathroom was spotless, and the food was plentiful and delicious. The air conditioning works really well - just what we needed to cool down. The hotel only has 8 rooms, and everything is done personally for you by the owner and his wife, who are lovely people. The owner is a real character, who has spent many years travelling and his English is excellent. We were unable to visit the local aea due to time restrictions, but the hotel is said to be a 10/15 minute walk to the beach and into the resort of Sarigerme
