What an ideal place to stay in wine country!
Reviewed By Jonathan SI was a little apprehensive about staying here ... was concerned about whether they could really put a room in a wine barrel. I am SO glad that I listened! First of all, YES - the rooms are legitimate size! You'll need to be creative as to where you store your luggage if you are on an extended trip like we were but after a few minutes of planning, we were able to get everything stored away with no problem. That was the ONLY issue we had. The rest of our four-day visit was wonderful! The beds offered a comfortable sleep, the bathroom was sizable with a huge walk-in shower (and the bathroom's subterrainean nature was a perfect cool place to store the wine we bought). Breakfast each morning was tasty, had a nice mix of local items and traditional breakfast buffet (and they made things on request if it was missing). The staff was excellent, both before our trip and while we were there, even arranging a driver, setting up winery visits on our requests and arranging all of our lunch and dinner reservations for us. The grounds were phenomenal with their own vineyards in full bloom and while we didn't have time to take advantage of them, the jacuzzis and massage area in the vineyard were as unique as possible! We would DEFINITELY stay here again and am recommending the hotel for a group I know going there in 2021! See you next time!

Excellent boutique hotel in a great location

It’s a beautiful hotel in a great location lovely rooms and very clean with great AC and a fine breakfast with lovely staff. I found the hotel very friendly and warm. Oriana the hotel manager really looked after me and arranged my winery visits itinerary over the 5 days which was very helpful. I tasted some great wines in Colchagua Valley I was very surprised with the Chilean ICON wine quality. I recommend Bella Vista; you won’t find a better hotel in the area with that personal service. Unusual but fun place
Reviewed By BigSur707An unusual property: sprawling across several colonial style buildings, with lush gardens and a pool, plus access to an excellent museum next door, plus access to a casino, plus two restaurants, plus a bar, all situated in the middle of Santa Cruz right on the town square. All a bit quixotic but has an odd charm to it and we enjoyed our stay. Can get a bit busy. Appears to be a popular place for families, so can get noisy around the pool for example. Good restaurant for dinner. The room was in average condition and felt a bit tired. The bathroom was tiny. Valet parking on site which was complimentary. Reasonably priced.

After several weeks traveling from Patagonia to Santiago this was probably our favorite place we stayed -- wished I could have stayed longer but already planning a trip back :)

The hotel is designed on classic historic Chilean style with good sized rooms and wonderful views over the vineyard to the mountains beyond with great sunsets ! Our most outstanding feature was the incredible attention of the staff who could not have been more helpful or welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel has its own restaurant with a great menu and of course selection of wines. Unheated swimming pool. Highly recommended.

Amazing location & breakfast

The rooms were spacious, the beds were huge, and the service was great. The hotel was quiet and conveniently located. The included breakfast was a nice plus too!

Noi Hotels should better support their staff with more people to help! Food quality/taste was a 4 out of 10 and could be improved. Otherwise, we loved absolutely everything about our stay and would come back!

Very authentic hotel with amazing hosts

Enrique is indeed a real passionate of wine and knows everything about the different wineries and wine labels, along with the best activities and restaurants in the surroundings! He will be more than happy to help you organise your visits of the vineyards! We really enjoyed our evening conversation by the fireplace with a bottle of wine! When it comes to the rooms, Tierra y Vino only has 6 (among which 2 bigger ones). The rooms are simple but comfortable. There is also a small swimming pool to enjoy during the hot days! Thanks again Enrique for the lovely stay and your incredible hospitality!

Last week week we booked to come again with friends...who have also stayed at this hotel with us a couple,of times. We were slightly puzzled when we booked over the phone.....as the person who answered seemed ‘puzzled’ and uncertain .........indeed almost asleep! Anyway when we arrived we discovered that the price has been hiked up to quite a lot more than we used to pay.......so we left and returned to another hostería we have used before So.....be careful.....check the price before you stay. We certainly won’t be back.
