Reviewed By Michael_LuxemburgoI wanted to see Tumaco after having visited other places of the Colomian Pacific Coast like Nuqui, Bahia Solano, Ensenada de Utria, Buenaventura etc. The goal was to relax a bit but it turned out that the beach in front of the hotel is more noisy at night than most nightlife areas in Bogota, Medellin or Cali. When checking in they told me that rooms with ocean view might be a bit noisy during night, but I underestimaated that and booked a room with ocean view. Due to the noise it was nearly impossible to sleep at night, but the staff at reception was very helpful and changed my room. My new room with pool view (inside) was better and I had a good sleep at night. Staff at reception is competent and friendly but the service in the restaurant is terrible. They don't even note when your glas is empty and never make an effort to come to your table to asks if you would like to order more (very inattentive and unprofessional, except two guys sometimes working there).

Reviewed By montanasingerThe resort is is quite comfortable the suites are very clean and the lining is very clean and crispy. The staff is amazing. Something to be aware the internet is not very good; it works at 10%max. Food is great the swimming pool and bar is great.

Quartos muito confortáveis e bonitas. Limpeza e variedade no pequeno almoço, a localização muito boa. Melhor opção na cidade para viagens de negócios (no meu caso) ou lazer.

Toilette bouchée tout le long du séjour Eau non potable Prix On ne voit pas sur la dernière photo mais en réalité au départ on nous a mis dans cette chambre en nous disant que c’était la meilleure sachant qu’elle donnait sur la ventilation du restaurant d’à côté (impossible de dormir) il a fallu que je menace d’aller chercher la police pour que le personnel à la réception accepte de me changer de chambre Après avoir sorti les crocs, monsieur m’a donner une chambre avec « vue sur mer » et sur les ivrognes du quartier. Je n’aime vraiment pas dire du mal des gens ou des hôtels car cela peut leur nuire fortement mais sincèrement on m’a traité comme un moins que rien, j’ai attendu deux heures au check in (sachant que le check étais à 15h, moi je suis arrivé aux alentours de 17heures), Après ces deux heures d’attente un Monsieur de la réception m’a pris dans un coin à part en me disant qu’il n’avait plus de chambre disponible (sachant que j’avais payé) mais qu’ils aller me mettre dans une plus belle chambre et un plus bel hôtel la suite de l’histoire vous la connaissez elle est plus haut. Franchement c’est personnes ont gâché mon séjour et Booking.com n’y est pas pour rien non plus je trouve ça affreux de travailler avec des personnes comme ça j’ai payé un séjour 265 € avec vue sur la mer, et cela été de la pub mensongère! Un scandale. À mon retour en France je m’en plaindrais que ce soit pour le site booking.com (pour accepter des choses de la sorte) ou l’hôtel!
