Great service
Reviewed By PAUL LI made an error on the reservation date of my initial pre-paid booking, which I found out when I tried to check in. The staff were very understanding and fortunately had a king room available. I paid full price again, knowing the error was my fault. Was very surprised when I got home from the trip and saw that they had refunded half the rate. Thank-you ! You don't see customer service like that anymore. Oh, the stay was great, too.

Rooms were clean and modern. Pool, hot tub and fitness centre plus breakfast include for a great price. The best property to stay at in RMH!

A couple of late night fast food restaurants available, gas stations close by. Perfect for hotel stop on the road, from Vancouver to Red Deer, a couple hours from Calgary. Enjoyed the quiet small town atmosphere.

A clean, safe and comfortable stay

We found the room to be very clean, comfortable and it was an overall great stay. We were well rested, had coffee, a microwave and all amenities needed. I will definitely be staying here again!

Reviewed By jayOntarioThis was the first time staying at a Canalta property. We were very impressed with this hotel. Very clean, helpful young ladies at the desk. Room was nice, very quiet. Breakfast was very good as well. Hot and cold items, plenty of choices. Only downside my husband could not taste the coffee, didn’t care for the brand. No problem stopped at McDonald’s for coffee/tea to continue on to Drumheller.

Worst place I've ever been in.
Reviewed By teresamr2017The room was cold as no heat. Not clean . Bathroom had minute items. Room seemed to have been a storage roomed turned to guest room. No alarm clock. No blankets. The only say was nice was the bed was comfortable. Don't waste your money or time going here.

Really gone downhill
Reviewed By lfW4621MIMy wife and I have treated ourselves to a stay in the Honeymoon Suite on our Anniversary many times. Sadly this may be the last. To begin, the air conditioner was asthmatic at best. It wheezed out warm air, not cold. On past visits, a bottle of champagne on ice was waiting for us…after all, it is the Honeymoon suite. This visit, just an empty bucket. On to the Jacuzzi. The on-off button was missing. I figured it out and turned it on and was less than delighted to see a greasy brown blob swirling about in the water. Both alarming and unhygienic at the same time. A full hot breakfast is clearly advertised as free n their website, but “30% off” at the cafe. All in all, a real disappointment.

Reviewed By deddrdIt was a very nice little motel almost felt like you were in a cabin in the woods instead of Main Street Rocky Mountain House. Very quiet and clean with restaurants and shopping right outside the door.

Very Affordable Price and Descent Quality
Reviewed By Kevin SAlpine Motel is a little/nice motel a bit secluded from the main highway, therefore I did not have to deal with the traffic noise. I was there for work, and it was nice enough with clean room which was a a decent size (not small), but also descent quality. My room had a flat screen with HDMI hook ups which helped me with work and some gaming... Honestly, you can't complain about what you get in this little motel. Very affordable.
