More motel than hotel - basic but clean
Reviewed By Balloflint"Why are you stopping in Planeta Rica?" seems to be the question most Colombians would ask you - answer is because you're on the road north and need somewhere to stay overnight. This hotel answers that need. The hotel is pretty basic, more of a motel, with big rooms but no hot water (not unusual in hot parts of Colombia) and no toilet seats (not unusual anywhere in Colombia). Swimming pool is pretty good though. Rooms have air-conditioning. Onsite restaurant is more than adequate and lack very place in Colombia they know how to cook a steak. No English spoken on site so a little (even if very broken) Spanish desirable. Wi-fi only around the restaurant and reception - not in rooms.
