We loved the rooms, swimming pools, jacuzzis, restaurant and activities that the hotel and Colsubsidio prepared for the guests. One of the best small hotel visited in the area
Reviewed By Carlos GNever expected such a nice,clean, confortable,and friendly staff hotel. Room is above average in size, king bed, confortable and extremely clean bathroom and almost new bathroom towels. The service, the friendly staff and the breakfast is above the average too. We were to stay for two nights, but we were filling so good that stayed another night. The room rate was better than expected and a magnificent breakfast included. The hotel small restaurant was always open until 10 PM, and despite the small menu, it included what any bigger restaurant have. Food was fresh, well cooked and served. We will recommend the hotel for a couple, family and friend. It is a repeat for us , if in the area in the future.

Reviewed By Carlos GWe got to this hotel last wee, about 8:30 PM, fortunately without reservation, but not before consulting the internet, where booking had rooms available for the night. Upon requesting an available room, the front desk person, upon looking at us,and without standing up, informed that the only available room was the suite, and with a cost person of C$185,000.00 or $56.00 ,or $115.00 US$ per night. Obviously, we )normed hi that through booking they showed available room for the night for around $40.00 per couple. At that moment we realized that the front desk staff was trying to scam us. We try again without any positives últ, so we left disappointed, but happy we never really, made a reservation. The hotel lobby was filthy, and dirty, Sincerely, we do not recomend this hotel....-lack of honesty-...

Reviewed By Robert KWe went to another hotel by the lake, but very expensive, so we found this one instead. It was lovely. The rooms were set up like an American motel with an exterior door, gardens and walkways all around the place. The room was small but comfortable. Wifi worked well; breakfast was served in a little cafe with an outside porch to enjoy the view. It was the usual coffee eggs and bread. I enjoyed the bikes available and the two sweet dogs on the premises. Just 800 meters down the hill to the spas. We got a discount for staying at the hotel. Highly recommend if you are in Paipa.

Reviewed By mesitas12Lindo hotel, habitación amplia y cómoda. Tiene parqueadero amplio, el desayuno es rico. Le falta mejorar el aviso ya que pasa desapercibido y tiene mucho potencial para consolidarse. También se puede aprovechar su ubicación para poner una venta de café y jugos para los deportistas. Está muy bien mantenido y las personas se esmeran en la atención. Volveriamos
