Good and reasonable for Osh
Reviewed By rodgsWe did not expect anything 5 star in Osh but the Classic certainly tries. The staff were accommodating, rooms were clean and comfortable. We had a malfunction in the bathroom (leaking drain) but it was quickly rectified. This was really a transit for us so we did not pay a lot of attention to the surrounds but it seems centrally located - if there is a centre. If we transited Osh again, i would most probably stay there again

Reviewed By alikarimWe stayed here for 3 night and found the staff to be very friendly, helpful, and very accomodating. The rooms are nice, clean and quiet, with a nice breakfast included. Nearby, walking distance, are several restaurants that are convenient and good. Definitely recommended.

Osh-Nuru is situated in the downtown of an ancient city of Osh, in southern Kyrgyzstan. The hotel has the following amenities: laundry, swimming pool, restaurant, 24-hours lobby bar, free parking lot and swimming pool, spa-salon, massage room, barber shop, beauty salon, pawnshop, ticket office and a billiard club. The hotel is 20 minutes. away by car from city airport and 10 from the main highway.
Well enough for short stay
Reviewed By RozafaMy room was located on the 7th floor, was reasonably clean with a great view of Sulaiman Too mountain. Unfortunately there was no internet connections. The hotel was located in a good area with some good restaurants around. The bazar is walking distance away. Breakfast is dreadful. The staff at the reception is pleasant but slow with very basic English.

Reviewed By nirikakAfter paying a regular five star rate - one would expect at least 4 star service and a proper breakfast set (payed $170 USD per night got a boiled egg and poorly provided breakfast buffet). I have to say let alone 5 probably it’s a one star. The staff members do not speak any other language but broken Russian, breakfast is possibly the worst I have had in the country. “SMILES” are difficult to come by - staff members are either depressed or you feel that staff members are lacking motivation. It seems that they are not payed well and never had a proper training to be service oriented. Basic aspects such as water in the room “not there”, no mini bar not there - recommendation for food, city guide, maps etc - yes the hardwares - the facility (golden toilet) are all good but you do not feel good in the place. They should’ve invested more on the software - skills, service orientation and languages etc. It is a soul mess entity. I am not much aware of their target group but if it is global travelers this is a complete no go, and whoever has recommended them as a five star facility should strip them of it. Osh as a city is very service oriented - restaurants like Dolcevita make you feel like home, in the other hand Jannat Resort is an experience not to be repeated.

Reviewed By JoostG3My views might be a bit skewed as we just came back from traveling the Pamir highway, but this is a solid 4 star hotel. Rooms are very large and well appointed. Bath rooms include bath, shower, bidet and two sinks. Staff is very helpful and always around, including helping out with reservations, taxi’s etc. Breakfast selection is good as well. Only minus was the lack of proper coffee, as the piston machine was broken, which makes it a 4/5 for me.

Reviewed By ESV02This hotel was reccommended to us by travel agency which took us to hiking in Pamir mountains. Aside of our group there were many other international groups, most of them with similar traveling plan. The rooms were not large, but with sufficient space, clean and well equipped. Breakfast was self service with decent selection of food. Staff was very kind and service good. This hotel has a swimming pool in the back yard, which we tried and it was very good refreshment on very hot summer day.

Reviewed By mdz2014we stayed here for a little more than 2 weeks,the staff was very warm,welcoming and everyone at the reception desk spoke fluent english which was a life saver as i spoke no krgyz at all,the room was clean and there's a small store near by for all your grocery. if u need a cab you can just call the front desk and they will arrange.

Reviewed By Алтынай КThe owner is very client unfriendly and greedy, he made us to pay for 1 extra day, which we didn't stay there. I just paid since I didn't want to have a conflict with him. The service in hotel is satisfactory I would say, but the hotel itself is not very clean and doesn't look comfortable. So I wouldn't recommend it to any of my friends. Отель весьма посредственный, странно построен. Обслуживание на троечку, но самое ужасное - это отношение клиентам. Вообще не рекомендую!

Reviewed By Ph0enix1982Rooms are ok, bathrooms are a little run down with some of the fixtures rusty and no provided amenities like soap etc. Location is not fantastic, sporting area across the street can make it noisy. Staff are lovely and the included breakfast is very good for the price, you can even eat outside in the courtyard. They also provide tours to other parts of Kyrgyzstan which is very handy.
