A comfortable and clean hotel
Reviewed By Annie MWe found the rooms to be clean and nicely set up. The staff were very pleasant and welcoming. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Updated television and easy access to wifi. The Buttery restaurant on site has great service and the food was fresh and came out quickly. Locals eat here, it is quite popular.

Terrible front end customer service
Reviewed By Dana TNot greeted when I arrived, very unfriendly Asian woman at the front desk did not speak nor understand English, argued with me about requests made to Choice when booking 2 rooms, very condescending and rude. I would never stay here again ,nor reccomend it to anyone. The rooms are about as big as a shoebox, and there seems to be alot of sketchy people around, lady in housecoat sitting outside, guys coming and going ,leaving with small packages, for 161.00 a night I could've had a suite at Casino Rama, this hotel is a joke. They have taken a regular sized room and made 2 rooms out it, barely squeeze by your bed and desk.. Save your money, go to the Holiday Inn ,five minutes down the 404! The housekeeping staff is amazing, rooms were spotless, kudos to them!

Many occasions I would use the pool and stuff doing mentaince would circle around till they find the right opportunity to ask what's your room number can I see your key doesn't matter who was working no idea where they hired them from felt like it was their first time seeing a black man swimming in a pool Monthly . Last visit I called 911 for a lady uttering threats pushed her.way in my room because I wouldn't let her in the pool when it was booked under my room number ..anyway next morning I ran into front desk started talking about this and that police was called against our regulations u no longer welcome as our guest have a nice day and hanged up mind you this lady been giving me a hard time for years when I first started renting the pool ..she need my ID to confirm I was from new market as she said the pool is being rental out only to ppl living in the vercinity

Awful management - unauthorized charges!!!
Reviewed By sarahsP3839HDMy boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel last weekend and although the hotel itself was nice (there is daily construction on the 5th floor but it wasn’t disruptive at all) the management was absolutely AWFUL. We booked through Expedia and thought we booked the suite w/ jacuzzi however when we arrived they said that wasn’t the case. I asked the lady at the front desk that was very nice how much it would cost to upgrade. She explained it would be over $100 per night to upgrade. I showed her the price that Expedia was offering for that room which was significantly less and with the managers approval she agreed to match the advertised price on Expedia. We got the king suite with jacuzzi and have zero complaints about the room, it was spacious and the jacuzzi was spa like! We extended our stay another night and confirmed that it would be the same price. This wasn’t the case. We had to constantly call the front desk to contact the manager because the charges on my credit card were much higher than the price they agreed to match with Expedia. There was no manager available all weekend long and we were told he would call us or come in to discuss the issue. He didn’t. Not only were we overcharged the first night but they charged even more the second night. It felt as if management was dodging us and eventually when we checked out we were told to call during the week. The manager accused us of “scamming” them, hung up on us and refused to correct the charges.
