Reviewed By VitoLucaI am satisfied with the good quality of the room and cleanliness. The restaurant is also good. The helpfulness of the staff at the reception and in the restaurant is excellent. There is also the possibility of using a small but well-kept swimming pool and a massage service.

"Because if not, I would like to put some things in your safety box." "We have in the room, sir". Literally 2 minutes later I call front desk from my safe-less room. "Maybe I'm a little weak of mind, if you know what I mean, but I can't find the safe." "Ahhh, no have sir." Lol. Besides this hiccup, the place is clean enough, aircon works, staff are friendly and the small room is small. But it is right next to all the bars and is good value at around $23 SGD a night. Who knows about the breakfast... You will be so hungover you won't make it down by 10.30am.

I am looking forward to the gym being re-opened because it is really good. The pool area is lovely. The location is perfect and very close to many malls.

Reviewed By wyn06The hotel staff are responsive. I do not have to wait for service. And they are attentive. However room is huge. Do not like the view as i am facing a roof and half a view of the next builiding. Breakfast was simple but savouring. Price was super inexpensive so what can you ask for. Room has standing shower for standard room. You will hear music from your rolm as the hotel is facing a KTV. But didnt bother me much. Thats all.

Reviewed By dkins22Location wise fantastic, BCS Mall and A2 food court just across the street. 24/7 convenience store right beside the hotel. Many massage parlours around the shop houses near the hotel. Lots of variety of food to choose from the shop houses nearby. KTV, Pub, Spa and massage located in the same building. Rooms are relatively new but not totally sound proof. Highly recommend if you are here for short stay.

Strategic place to enjoy complete business staycation in town

I stayed from 24-27/Feb (4D 3N) in Room 708, superior room with twin single bed for 2 pax. First impression was good, clean, continously maintained. All furnitures, bed, curtain were clean. There is saving box (which not working) but it does not matter. I can see straight to Four Season Hotel, Jodoh. I observed this hotel using famous name for the functions room... unique ! We had breakfast on the 11th floor, which is very good place especially at night where we can enjoy perfect view of Nagoya-Jodoh area. Foods served simple, but tasty (Coffee, tea, eggs, and toast etc) This is the strong point. The hotel located just in front of Nagoya Food court, and it's another strong point. During the pandemi, I am sure the hotel also suffering with room occupation issue, but i notice all the staff are kind, polite, and friendly... The receptionist (cute, average height female with glasses), and On Job Training high school student, Maria (from Flores) at 11th floor were also communicative and nice. Continue your overall good working...!

Not a great place to stay
Reviewed By RajatSingaporeThe location is OK but the room cleanliness is very poor. We reached for breakfast around 08:30 AM and almost nothing was there. Pasta was only half cooked. Bread toaster was not working. Egg service very slow, we waited fro 30 minutes to get egg. Fruits all empty and nothing came. The corridor carpet was so dirty. One of the bathroom towel was smelly. Air con not cool enough.
