Reviewed By soumaya_124Well the room was clean and new, I liked it.. Thanks to Mr. Chouaib who was cool and helpfull. And thanks for the delicious "mille-feuille" et "mssemen" Yummy =D The thing that I didn't like is the bar who is in the restaurant, a bit uncomfortable for muslims...

Short visit
Reviewed By mimi mWas not the greatest organized, cleaned, lit, nor serviced hotel. It was not a good hotel despite its Stars. They can do so much better with better lighting, cleaner and if possible brighter bedding(will enable clients to know that they are clean) we had to leave sooner than planned as we were not sure about the hygiene. The staff could be more friendly as well. They also insisted on us paying for late check out despite requesting for one in advance. We had to pay half room price eventually.

Mediocre hotel
Reviewed By samharmoucheI came here with friends for a fun night but it went sour,the hotel manager was rude and kept harassing us, the service is slow and bad (couldn't even provide ice when asked for) and the heating didn't work. Overall, would not recommend to anyone... i wish there was a 0 star rating.

Idea is beautiful, but not enough
Reviewed By MariannaFerraraDirty hotel. The runners and the rooms. Only the lobby and reception area is well cared for. the elevator smells like smoke. The room was full of hair and with used sheets. They changed at our request but the rooms replaced, both of which were full of hair. beds are soft but the room is dusty, not crowded with a view to a dump. normal television with no Netflix or internet options, not even for a fee. in the bathroom in each room (we were 5 for 2 rooms) there was 1 large towel, after our request 2 more small towels were provided in 40 minutes. The breakfast is only salty, without sparkling water and espresso. The waitress said the water is espresso only as an extra. and not available even paying. the rude and arrogant waitress, courteous reception staff also conserge personable and helpful. absolutely absurd price ratio not recommended.
