Reviewed By binojkalayilRoom quality, cleanliness and staff courtesy is very good. Neatly maintained property. Accessibility to this hotel is very easy and the location is slightly away from the crowd making it less noisy and comfortable. Breakfast is served but they get food from outside. So inform in advance what you need. Ample parking space. You will get a better deal by calling their numbers than going for online agents. Make use if it. Having a restaurant inside would be a plus and make this hotel more convenient. A few improvement areas 1. Light up the frontage so that it's visible better. 2. Fix the ramp to entry for cars so that it won't hit the bottom for low ground clearance cars 3. Keep some freshener in lobby for a pleasant feel

Reviewed By Rajesh K1. Great location 2. Clean room. 3. Very clean,spacious, modern interiors bathroom. 4. Clean linen. 5. Cheerful room service. Everything here was good except the windows of the room did not have fixed netting to keep the mosquitoes out. So if we opened the windows we got mosquitoes. All through our trip i had booked non ac rooms because the weather was pleasant and the rooms have cross ventilation with netted windows. But here it was different. In Ruby residency, when you book a non ac room, you get a packed box of a room without any cross ventilation. When we brought this to the notice of the management, they sent us Good night vapouriser!! lol..The least they could have done is upgraded us to an ac room because it was their fault that they could not provide us a mosquito free room with decent ventilation. Sending a vapouriser is the kind of response that one would expect from a sub 500 rupees budget lodge, not a hotel of this kind. Moral of the story: Non ac is a no no here. If you really want to come here, book only ac.

The food was very tasty as well, courteous staff. Its just almost perfect. A slight reduction in prices would just be great though but definitely recommend this hotel.

Reception Restaurant and housekeeping staffs are well care and mankind to all the guest. It was a pleasure to give 5 stars rivew to Rydges Inn staff's. Thank You Rydges for keeping marvelous and great carring staff in your property. I'll recommend to all my friends and family about your services also I'll recommend stay too.

Lovely site and great staff but very disappointing in reality
Reviewed By Steve PTwo rooms booked for a one-night stopover on a motorbike tour of Southern India. Place was easy to find and in a fantastic location on a bend in the Kunthi river - with great views of the river from the property's veranda / terrace. The site is fairly large, with a mix of low-rise residential blocks and spa / conference facilities set in 'landscaped' gardens. The staff were very friendly and helpful. That's the end of the good news. The entire site is dirty and run-down. The rooms were very poorly equipped and dirty - my bed-linen looked as though it had been previously slept in and not particularly well treated. The bathroom was filthy and poorly maintained. Air-con was noisy and unreliable. Breakfast was disappointing (we ate out for dinner the previous evening). The overall state of repair of all of the buildings is very poor. The gardens are a shambles and the outdoor pool is dirty and badly maintained. With some time and money invested, this could be a superb establishment. Its location, landscaping and buildings potential could make it a truly superb hotel - but its run-down state is enough to deter the kind of guests it needs to turn itself around, which is a pity because the staff are friendly and eager to please.

A Home from Home
Reviewed By clarehughes2017My husband and I, and another friend stayed with this family for a week. We could not have been more welcomed and looked after, and we soon felt very much a part of this delightful family, and so well fed and cared for. The house is quite luxurious with all amenities and is so clean and well kept. We were sad to leave, having felt we had made some very good friends in this special place.

Reviewed By mnshameelExcellent service,Food Quality and the Accommodation was really comfortable as we took a family Apartment which was 3 BHK along with Big living area Kitchen Facilities,wifi and the space for parking .And the ambience was too good ,.As my friends told to stay one more nights ,due to the other plans we could not be able to extend our stay. Definitely we will come back to FOCUZ HABITAT next Trip.

Reviewed By BalakumarK515Travelling from Kozhikode, reached the restaurant for dinner on 02.01.2021 . The butter chicken was like Kerala Chicken curry and the ginger chicken was like a diluted plain chicken curry! Since it was prepared by an inexperienced cook, the whole evening was spoiled.
