Overnight stay short and sweet
Reviewed By 2289oneteaspoonStayed at the pension for one night only. Everything was perfect. The room Was clean big and with equipment with lovely furniture,the hosts wear the most friendly people in the world nd the breakfast was not to be missed the next day. Bread rolled cereal fruit -it was perfect . Do yourself a favour and stay here

Our hotel is located in the heart of the Moselle valley near Cochem. Within walking distance are transport stations such as a train station with a connection to Mainz, a landing stage for tourist ferries and hiking trails. There are also parking spaces available for hotel guests. Every morning we prepare a warm and cold breakfast in the restaurant. Between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. you can start the day with a view of the Moselle. The buffet offers a wide range of drinks and fresh ingredients for your menu. Lunch continues from 11:30 a.m., where you can linger for coffee and cake. In addition, there is a warm kitchen until 10:00 p.m.

Reviewed By marcopF4930VUBeautiful sunny day by the Mosel with my wife and it is lunch time and we took the bad decision to stop and eat at this place, and I ordered a pork steak with fries and mushrooms sauce and side salad ... it was one of the worst meal of my life... I am a Cheff and I know what I am talking about. Where do I begin? The Waiter, I asked him 3 easy questions and he didn’t know, how many grams is the cut, time of preparation and if the fish my wife ordered had any bread crust, he couldn’t answer and didn’t ask the kitchen. I ordered my drink with ice ... as my drink arrived no ice .. he says sorry and bring something like the crust when your freezer is over iced, at this point I am a bit concerned about my food.. And my food arrives at my table, plate diameter 24 cm I guess, fries to small and bad seasoning, the mushrooms where canned and the sauce was from the bag, I can tell because I am a Cheff, the meat was a stone ... it was so dry I couldn’t finish it it looked like a child portion and it was14 euros it was very bad ...such a beautiful place by the river and so bad lunch experience later on I had dessert somewhere else and I told the cafe owner about my bad experience and some Lokals next to me told me basically the same that it is the worst place to eat ... so future visitors with 14 euros get something at the supermarket and seat by the river, it will be 100 better.

Our guest house is quietly but centrally situated in the pretty wine village Klotten at the river Moselle. We have 15 rooms each with its own bathroom. The rooms are partly new and partly newly renovated. We have a private parking for motorbikes, cars and bicycles. A part of the parking is a covered parking. You will find "Deutsche Gemütlichkeit" in our restaurant and cozy bar. If the weather is fine you can stay on the nice terrace. Saturday night we offer entertainment. We, Christa and Bert, looking forward to welcome you to our comfortable Hotel.

Reviewed By Sharron MThis place was excellent. We nearly stayed in Cochem but this was much better. The room was clean and modern. The breakfast was perfect and the host was such a pleasant, helpful man. I would recommend this place to staying in Cochem.

Reviewed By Colin EThis is my fourth visit to the area, always stay with Klaus safe parking for the bikes in the old beer hall, excellent food and beer usually five courses all the rooms have been refurbished and are cleaned every day, and the area is stunning for touring.This time having a problem with the bike Klaus was happy to let me leave it in the garage for a few days untill it could be recovered at no cost.will be going again.
