Lovely place to stay and exceptional customer service
Reviewed By junej622We were visiting Ireland with our two small children and we were able to to utilize the family room at Kinvara Guesthouse. It was perfect for our family. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and breakfast was lovely. The best part was the customer service though. My daughter left her favorite lovies (two small blankets and three small stuffed animals) under the pillow by accident. We reached out to the owners and they shipped them to our home! My daughter was beyond happy to receive her animals (that went on their own adventure) when were back home. Thank you for saving the day!

Great spot for a one night stop on Kinvara
Reviewed By joebW7242NJStayed here for one night while in town for the castle banquet. Room was great (loved the skylights) and the breakfast was probably the best we had in Ireland. The staff/family at the B&B were genuinely warm and interested in us. Handy to the many nearby pubs. Great stop and excellent value.

The welcome ambassador is Tommy who is sure to receive you with a wagging tail. Tommy is a Jack Russell terrier. Thank you Brenda for the lovely food and scones.

Not far to the lovely seaside village - a couple of good places to eat there. Super breakfast: especially the fruit salad made to order each morning. Lots of space for parking. Would certainly recommend.

Reviewed By LarryC46Stayed in the Merriman twice last year and found it good all round. Service is fast and polite. Rooms standard for mid range hotel and very clean. Food very good at breakfast and in the bar. Good hotel as a touring base.

Friendly host, comfortable room, good location
Reviewed By annualtraveller_11We stayed here for 1 night in August 2019. Ann was very welcoming, and our room was lovely and spacious with garden views. The ensuite was large and the shower was good. Everything was very clean, and we had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. There is plenty of off-street parking at the B&B. It's only a short walk to town and the town is lovely. We ate at the Dunguaire Castle banquet, which was great entertainment and a lot of fun. It's about 25 minutes walk from the B&B but we ended up driving as it was rainy and the banquet finished quite late. Breakfast was delicious, and we would definitely stay here again.

We arrived late and though any hostess would have been right to be annoyed by the inconvenience we were greeted with a smile. She also made *perfect* scrambled eggs and the only coffee in Ireland strong even to meet my octane requirements.

Wonderful holiday break

It is a lovely, comfortable studio apartment right in the middle of Kinvarra and so close to explore the Burren. Lovely restaurants and shops in walking distance. Would highly recommend it, if you want to get away for a quiet relaxing break. Will definitely be going back

Super house and enjoyable stay
Reviewed By Simon RWe had a lovely stay here. My wife, our baby and I travelled with another couple of their young child. This house was a perfect fit for us. It is perfectly maintained with every conceivable amenity available. The hosts had organised a cot and toys for our kids. The rooms and beds were comfy and the kitchen was well stocked. The living areas had great views and all mod cons. The only slight issue is that the area is a little bit outside Kinvara and it's not a very safe walk to the town. This was not a problem for us at all though. There is a good pub and lots of beaches nearby. I would recommend this Lodge without hesitation. I am sure that we will book to stay here again in future.
