Reviewed By aNdri06Booked this hotel via phone call, after that for rate room, my phone number, my name and arrival time already confirmed by staff hotel when I call them, but when I and my family arrived in hotel, they said there is no reservation by my name and my phone number, its funny how come they suddenly got amnesia, and then they said the room FULL?!! Why wont you said my reservation room sold to others?!!! Its already night, my child tired then got this poor attitude by staff! Service: poor, Pathetic!

Laundry Service, sucks!
Reviewed By nunothe9reatVery very disappointing!!!! I stayed at 610. And by the time we stepped out of the lift, we could smell rubbish in the air.. And then, We experienced a very bad service, with misleading information given by receptionist, housekeepin and the laundry form. We would like to have pressing service, they said it’s not available and we need to go with complete laundry or dry clean service and we are fine with that (however, pressing services are available in the form!). They confirmed that the laundry can be done within hours and we can have the clothes by tonight. Turned out when we call the housekeeping service to order the service, They cannot do that as it was already passed the service hours. Wait what? Why was it so different? Housekeeping said that We need to drop the clothes by 12 noon at the latest to have it done by tonight. However, something odd that it was clearly stated in the laundry form that there are 2 laundry services, i.e laundry received from 8-10 and returned at 17.00 on the same day; and laundry services applicable from 8-16.00 returned/sent on the same day within 4hrs with extra charge of 100% from normal price - which we are fine with such clause. When I argued with the statement in the form, they said that they just changed the vendor, and this current one has “operational hour”. They also said the receptionist doesnt know the current situation so they confirmed that it can be done. WTF! Why do I need to know such answer?? And why do u need to throw ur team under the bus? What an ATTITUDE! I complaint to the receptionist - who confirmed before, for giving me wrong information and also questioned the different information within hotel staff. They apologized and mentioned that my call to the housekeeping was taken by the intern. So?? It didnt change the fact that the information on the paper and from the staffs are different. They also said that they will revise the laundry form accordingly. Yeah right! They said that they’ll send an iron here, but it’s been 30 mins, and I hear nothing!!

Reviewed By Duty NThe location this hotel opposite WTC shopping mall. The biggest mall in jambi. And the prices for stay is not too expensive. The room has many kinds of classes, smooking or not smooking room. This hotel has rooftop too. Nice view feom strada coffee level 11, and bfast at level 10. But the minus are the food of breakfast not variative and the taste still far from good hotel. And the park so small and narrow. And the room has bathtub.. my kids love it.. the shower worked perfectly, the amnities were fully loaded. Nice swimming pool. The breakfast could be improved a bit. Overall it was a really nice stay.

Reviewed By mari3ann3sWiltop Hotel provide complimentary shuttle service from Airport, the room were spacious and I got an upgrade to a room with River View overlooking the Batanghari River. It has all of the essentials that you would need during your stay. The staff were courteous, friendly and never hesitate to help when we approached them. All in all, it was a terrific stay. Would definitely stay here during next visit.

I had try to call traveloka and even call to hotel to please cancel my booking or if not just reschedule the date. They said that due they are fully book so they can’t release the reservation. I understand this matter, but you guys can try to sell my room first right ? But the receptionist keep saying that my room can’t be canceled but in the end he said ‘I will ask my manager first and will call you back tomorrow morning’. Hello sir, if you let me know tmw then how if the reservation can’t be reschedule or canceled ? And if you let me know immediately, I still can ask my fiancé fams to stay there. So the receptionist say he will call today after call his manager. But then until today the receptionist didn’t call me. I am so disappointed with this hotel service. As the hotel is only 2star hotel, but still the management need to be improved. So relief that I only book their room for 1 night. The second night, I had book the 5star hotel in Jambi, even the 5star hotel can give me the reschedule date option.
