The hotelKirchbichlhof is located right in the center of Hippacher. In the summer walking, hiking and mountainbiking are just a few of the many activities we offer. For a ski vacation our hotel is right in between the ski areas of Mayrhofen/Penken and Zell am Ziller/Zillertal Arena. Skibusstop right in front of the hotel (approx. 6 - 8 Minutes to Horbergbahn/Penken or Zell am Ziller).

Reviewed By Siegfried MGreat hotel ,great location ,Staff very pleasant and very helpful with a greeting in the morning and evening, Food / great breakfast and Buffet evening meal had 4 0r 5 choice of mains ,and excellent room with valley and mountain view .train stop is 5 to 7 minute walk ,trip to Mayrhofen 10 minutes at 2 euro each way.had a very pleasant walk from Hippach to Mayrhofen along the river path ,takes about 45 minutes .after Tyrolean evening in Mayrhofen we took a taxi back 11.00 PM it cost 16 euro, bus and train stop around 7.30 PM .Everything you see in the photos is exactly as it is .Overall a great place to stay and great area to visit .Will definitely be returning in the future as its my wifes favourate area in Austria

The Romantikhotel Alpenblick is situated in the beautiful and sunny part of the Ziller Valley, slightly elevated, with a magnificent view into the wide valley and the Zillertal Alps. A hotel for dreaming and enjoying, but also for light and demanding activities in summer and winter.
Such a Memorable Hotel
Reviewed By hotelbuffWhat a wonderful find in this beautiful hotel. From the warm welcome to the service throughout this truly was a magical place. The rooms differ in style and I would definitely recommend upgrading your bedroom when booking. I also found the best prices was through the hotel website direct. The room I went for was a cosy room and was large in size with ensuite. This was very clean and the bed had a great mattress with quality linen. Back downstairs the hotel has a good size bar area and ala carte menu however we chose to have dinner inclusive in the fixed menu restaurant. You are given a table that is yours throughout your stay and there is also a large outside seating area to that looks really nice. The hotel also has an outside garden area with jacuzzi and holds barbecues from time to time. In the basement level they have a very large wellness centre where you can choose to relax and use its facilities or for an additional charge enjoy a massage or treatment. Food was of a high standard at both dinner and breakfast. I cannot praise this hotel enough and we really enjoyed our time there and will definitely return.

Amazing visit from start to finish
Reviewed By MarkRomanelliThe restaurant has a well deserved reputation as one of the top locations in the area. I recommend it for special evenings and occasions. We visited for a Saturday night "date night." Everything on the menu looked good, but we selected the "Sharing Menu" which provided 5 courses. Altogether, a great experience.

Great local restaurant
Reviewed By londonN7boyWe were staying locally and our hosts arranged dinner here for the 4 of us. Very typical local restaurant. Good friendly service, the restaurant was full at 7:30pm on Sunday evening. I had the venison which was excellent. Our other dinners all had the pork with a mushroom sauce, superb. If needed they have an English menu. Would visit again any day.

Reviewed By Vadim BStayed there for a week of skiing holiday in February 2018. Enjoyed every day. Stuff mostly speak English, which makes things easy. Room is perfect and massive. Heated floors in a bathroom is something really appreciated. Saunas are very good, at some time might be a bit busy. Hippach is away from noisy Mayrhoffen. So, if you refer quiet nights - location is great. Hotel has plenty of parking space including locked two storey car park in case you have a car. Car is not a must have thing here as the train station in few hundred yards away, and the ski bus conveniently stops right in front of the ski cellar. Great place to stay if you are skiing with the family. Great facilities for youngest. The only minus I'd mention is that the ski lift Horbergban is located in such a way that to get there on your way back you either have to go through quite a serious steep slop (which is not ideal when returning tired in the end of the skiing day) or, alternatively you will enjoy long and unpleasant blue run in a crowd of kids.

Reviewed By Denise HHotel is an interesting drive up the mountain. It is a beautifully presented and very tastefully decorated hotel and run entirely by a small family team who are very friendly and welcoming. We were often given free shots in the bar at nights as they interact with the guests. It is not a large hotel and we got the impression a lot of the patrons were returning guests. The hotel appears to be either new or completely refurbished. Rooms are quite large, very well equipped and comfortable and the whole place is spotless. The food is just excellent, breakfast was buffet style enough to please everyone and the 4 course dinner at night is just amazing. U are given a choice at breakfast of 2 menus and we really enjoyed having the opportunity to try Austrian food that we probably would never have ordered in a restaurant. Only disappointment was that there is nothing else to do from here, I had expected some mountain trails to be able to walk but there is only the main road that you drive up which has other hotels and houses. Views though are just glorious on a good day. We stayed 4 nights and I could highly recommend this place for hospitality and comfort

Reviewed By hechthunterDer Berghof liegt etwas versteckt an der Zillertaler Höhenstraße. Man sitzt sehr schön auf der großen, sauberen Sonnenterasse mit schönem Bick ins Tal bis nach Mayerhofen. Die servierten Speisen waren von ausgezeichneter Qualität und schmeckten köstlich. Zudem sind die Preise sehr angemessen. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir kehren im Berghof mit Sicherheit noch öfters ein!

We recommended everyone take this accommodation. Its located short walking distance Hippach center where cam take train connection to Mayrhofen.
