Reviewed By BaSz97This is a very good and modern hotel in Hévíz, we arrived with our small child and everything was perfect. Really. The room, the services we got, the check-in were absolutely fine, we liked the meals, the pools, the staff were friendly, and we had a perfect holiday for a small family. A perfectly exciting place for a curious kid, and also relaxing for the parents. Smoking should be restricted / banned, though, it is still allowed in many places. Shame.

Reviewed By 35helijThis hotel really hates children families. Your child is not welcome there. Spa and sauna is only for old people. Old people are nice. Spa staff was very rude to us. One older staff member shouted us and came to see naked people on sauna. We were afraid.

Nightmare
Reviewed By 440ah440We came for two nights and escaped after one night in this nightmare of hotel. When we arrived we were lied to that the only available room was a suite at €400. Later we found on booking huge available of other rooms. The hotel resolution was....next time when you come will compensate you. Food was terrible real pig style and without any Covid-19 precautions. When we asked for towel exchange we were told that only one towel is allowed per day....that ended on a huge argument with reception still we didn't get the towel.

Reviewed By igninikThe hotel itself need some renovations. TV are abt 15-20 years old. Location is good and abt 5 minutes from the lake. At lake complex the temperature inside the building was very cold /abt 20-22 degrees/and after swimming it was necessary to put on warm clothes and to drink warm tea. All discussions with administaration /information desk, administrator, manager/did not change situation even to do something with windows through which the cold air came inside and they had big holes which were possible to close if the temperature could not be increased by heating the building. All previous years at the same period the temperature inside was abt 27 degrees which was comfortable to feel yourself after swimming. This year we were forsed to go away after swimming in order not to catch the flew and at the end loose hours for visits which were prepaid at the beginning. Therefore if you are not interested to relax at cold building it is better not to buy 20 hours visit but to pay only for 10 hours and than to have a decision as what to do

Wellness very nice. Neighbourhood not nice. Dont see the big hoopla about heviz. Hair salon in the lobby is an awful idea…. Hairdryer with breakfast is not a great match,

Amazing place to stay!!
Reviewed By bognas2022One of the absolute best places I have ever stayed in. The staff was very friendly, the prices were accessible, the building is new and everything is very clean. I was impressed how well thought-through the accommodation was: there was a drying rack in every room to dry towels and swimsuits after going to the thermal lake, the kitchen was very well equipped, and they even took care of details such as sharp knives in the kitchen. The rooms are quiet, clean and very aesthetic. The breakfast is plenty and of very good quality, including bread rolls, croissants, jam, ham, cream cheese, coffee pods for the coffee machine, and even more. There is a wellness room we did not use but it looked very clean and spacious. The accommodation isn't too far from the thermal lake, it's a 15 minute walk. All in all, I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!!

Reviewed By kolin5We stayed here one night, the room was spacious nice and clean. Breakfast great, parking is available just only for 4 cars so you need to make a reservation in advance. We parked front of the hotel on the road and everything was fine.

Reviewed By Mark WAs per other reviews this is a quaint ‘cold war’ hotel with dated fittings. It has an old world charm. However the price was reasonable, breakfast nice and bed comfortable. If coming at night the entrance is in a side street (and your GPS may be confused).

Reviewed By ArjenKemperFrom the sziget festival we drove straight to heviz where another festival Just started, a wine festival. After Sziget the hotel was really breathtaking. Everything Clean, good beds, powerfull shower and a friendly welcome. If wifi is important to you, it was not very Strong in our room.

Reviewed By topexpert177Симпатичная вилла в пешей доступности (20мин) от озера и центра, магазины продуктовые маленькие рядом, до супермаркета Спар 30-40мин пешком. К сожалению, в Хевизе с общественным транспортом напряженка, а в этом районе его нет совсем, но если вы на машине - отлично. Можно и по окрестностям прокатиться, и если после лечения на озере будет тяжело много ходить, тоже пригодится. В доме есть все необходимое: горячая вода постоянно, регулируемое отопление, отличный вай-фай, холодильник в номере, телевизор, балкон, кухня с возможностью готовить и всем необходимым оборудованием, уборка и смена полотенец по запросу. Тепло и уютно. Гостям бесплатно предоставляют круги для для плавания, туристические билеты для посещения озера (для приобретения абонемента со скидкой 20+2, 10+1), велосипеды. меня любезно предложили забрать с сумкой с автовокзала и также проводили. Хозяева проживают здесь же на 3м этаже, всегда были на связи и готовы помочь. Огромное спасибо!
