Returning guest that is so very disappointed after my stay.
Reviewed By Tulo123I visited Hotel am Wiesenweg 3 months ago and as I was driving between Sweden -France, with my two dogs. I was so welcomed by the staff who gave me such lovely complements on my dogs, so staying again was a given. I did write a review after my last stay that was very positive, and they replied and welcomed me back. Imagine my surprise when I returned and as I checked out was very disrespected by the owner! He said that only one dog per room was accepted, even though I had called in advance and asked BOTH Times if I could bring my dogs, and got an affirmative answer and now he wanted 16 euro for the dogs, even though they hadn't told me about this before hand. In front of guest eating breakfast he kept on saying negative things about dogs and as I have show dogs who I travel around Europe with, I found this just incredibly rude and totally not called for. My dogs are clean and very well behaved and are always greeted well in hotels as we travel. This time as I drove through Germany I chose another lovely hotel close by and they didn't charge for the dogs and breakfast was included, so all is well that ends well.

Very nice family-run place with excellent beer
Reviewed By rustyshackleford50We stayed here for one night on our way through Germany. The place has been renovated very recently and is quite nice. We ate at the on-site restaurant and the food was very, very good. The beer was even better. We felt very at home spending the evening in the restaurant before going to sleep. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were clean. The bathroom was furnished well. It's a good stop in a nice little town. They'll take good care of you!

Ein sehr angenehmes Haus
Reviewed By Sören BWir waren sehr angetan von gastfreundlichkeit. Sehr sauber, nettes Personal und ein ausserordentlich reichliches und vielfältiges Frühstück.. sollten wir in du er Region wieder einmal eine Übernachtung brauchen, so werden wir immer wieder auf dieses Haus zurückkommen. Vielen dank für alles.

Reviewed By mhaushh14Auf einer langen Autoreise aus Italien machten wir hier Halt zur Übernachtung. Ein einfaches Zimmer mit alten Möbeln die zum Teil schon auseinander fielen. Als Doppelzimmer für 69 Euro ohne Frühstück. Als Nothalt mag es gehen, solange nicht von Grund auf renoviert wird werde ich dort auf keinen Fall wieder übernachten. Die Betten waren sauber und die Lage okay, so dass man die nahe Autobahn nicht gehört hat.

Nettes kleines Stadthotel!
Reviewed By Kaja101Das Hotel ist seit vier Generationen in Familienbesitzt und liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse neben einem Franziskanerkloster. Die Zimmer zur Strassenseite haben zum Teil Balkon, die Zimmer nach hinten haben einen wunderschönen Blick zum Klostergarten. Das Hotel wird fortlaufend renoviert, die Zimmer sind hell und freundlich, die Bäder sauber. Ich habe oft in diesem Hotel übernachtet und bin jedes Mal aufs neue vom Frühstück begeistert. Klein und fein, und die nach Wunsch zubereiteten Eier sind klasse!
