Terrible
Reviewed By Isil SBed sheets have holes. Spider webs are hanging from the walls. AC is not working properly and it was so hot we couldn't sleep. We had to put up a tent in the balcony and slept in there instead of the bedroom. Outdoor pool is closed at 7pm. Kids wanted to stay but they took us out.Thermal pools are very dirty. On top of this reception staff don't even look at your face when they talk to you.
