Very nice place
Reviewed By Rik SOn our trip to Denmark we went through Gluckstadt (after the Elbefärhe). As we needed a place to stay, we ended up at Pension Gluckstadt. Very nice, clean and new (looks) place. Very comfortable beds and bathroom. Seperate place to store the motorcycles, which was excellent. Breakfast was good and the propriator is a very nice man. Defo a place were we will return.

Reviewed By MatzeG77Glücksstadt ist ein schönes Fahrrad Ziel von Hamburg aus. Für die Rückfahrt kann man sich mit einem Fischbrötchen in dem Cafe stärken, die Brötchen werden frisch zubereitet. Ich hatte das Matjesbrötchen welches ausserordentlich Lecker war

Surrounded by a quiet, agricultural landscape to be viewed from the garden with sitting facilities. Got a nice, clean and large room, comfortable and quiet. Comfy beds. Small, private bathroom opposite. Large indoor sitting area for guests and a well equipped kitchen for self catering. Friendly hostess. 5 min drive to central Glückstadt with cosy old streets. 5 min drive in the opposite direction to the small town of Kollmar where you can get close to the impressive river. One hour to Hamburg depending on traffic.

Lovely Friendly Pension right off the Centrum
Reviewed By PairADoxCycleReally great location about 4min. walk to the town Center. Close to bicycle trail and ferry across the Elbe River . Very close to several good restaurants. Good secure inside bike storage . Rooms are nice sized with comfortable and very clean bed and bathroom. WiFi is very good . Reception staff is very nice upon registration and in the morning with an excellent breakfast the owner , Yvonne Petersson and her colleague, Dörte Lorenzen are even friendlier . Wonderful place to stay. Will stop there again when in Glückstadt.

Nice hotel and good restaurant
Reviewed By Andrea PI've been here for three nights for a business trip. The hotel is placed in front of the main square of the town. Personal desk was kind and quick at the check-in. The room was quite clean, even if initially cold, as the heater was at the minimum temperature. Cleanliness was good in the room. The bathroom was quite clean too. Breakfast was of an average quality, with a few salted foods to be honest. Good choice for a short staying.

Reviewed By winterthorstenWelche Familienherberge sonst kann von sich behaupten, in einer dem Glück gewidmeten Stadt und dort an einem hübschen, von historischen Gebäuden gesäumten Hafen zu liegen? Das Haus ist ziemlich neu, bietet viele Abwechselung, nette Mitbringsel und ein solides Frühstück. Auf Wieder-Sehen!

Reviewed By Staffan413Detta gamla hus bjöd på ett gamaldags hotel, men modernt. Vi hade ett hörnrum som kallades svit, stort och rymligt. Utsikt över torget och hotellets uteservering. Vi åt i matsalen som bjöd på 2 bra fiskrätter. frukosten var också bra. parkering finns runt torget. Trevlig och serviceinriktad personal.
