Reviewed By grannieannie43I stayed here for 5 nights at the end of May with a party of 40+ fellow choir members and loved ones. We took over the whole hotel for what was a memorable visit to this part of Germany, made even more memorable by the hospitality and service of Herr Fichtner and his staff. Nothing was too much trouble, especially given that we had some very early mornings and some very late nights - there was always food awaiting us. The breakfasts and evening meals were tasty, varied and plentiful. Rooms were spotlessly clean, as were the bar area and restaurant and witch room. Add to this the tranquillity and peacefulness of the beautiful Harz mountains, we were in a win/win situation. If the choir were to tour in this area in the future, we would definitely stay here again.

Heerlijk die rust
Reviewed By josie551Kleinschalig hotel met een rustige ligging, badkamer met ruime inloopdouche. Goed ontbijt. Wij hebben genoten van de rust en hierdoor heerlijk geslapen. Eigenaar biedt een 3 gangen diner aan, niet verplicht, met een zeer ruime keuze aan wijnen. Wifi kan beter, viel af en toe weg.

Dinner not so good
Reviewed By RoekieWe stayed there in september 2009 for 4 days. The appartment is great, much space, living room and sleeping room apart. Location is quied, but the hotel itself is very noisy. (You can hear your neighbours loud and claer!) Breakfast is OK but dinner is not much. It's served at the tabel and is not very tasty. Also it's mot enough. Every night I was hungry,after one hour.
