Beautiful hotel!
Reviewed By AaanguyenMy family has stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel itself is well-designed with new, modern furniture. The infinity pool on the 20th floor has nice view to relax and take a selfie. Staffs are friendly and attentive but need more training in check-in, check-out time, and need to know more about tourist information (bus, tour, destination).

Good hotel and stay
Reviewed By anilt413It was a good stay there loved their breakfast the quality of food was like home. Service was good but can be better. There are restaurants near by and places where you can go. Hotel is good to relax after a hectic day. Would recommend for a budget travel.

Reviewed By Phương Thảo NIt was a good hotel with friendly staff . The rooms were very clean .I went there with my family they also felt good. The food were good and quite cheap. The hotel was close to the sea. I think if I come back again I will book this hotel for staying !!!

Bonne nuit et confusion dans le mode de paiement

Nous avons choisi la chambre 202 avec vue sur la rue car la 205 proposée était plus vers l’arrière. Il y a un ascenseur. L’accueil fut correct et les formalités furent rapides. On a fait des copies de nos passeports ce fut réglé. Aucun touriste en mars et cette petite ville n’a rien d’attrayant en dehors de la période touristique des mois de mai et juin. Le temps était pluvieux en plus. L’hôtel comme tel n’est pas le grand luxe mais le tarif était excellent. Le wifi est A-1. Seulement de l’eau tiède pour la douche. La salle de bain n’est pas très ragoûtante. Nos deux lits simples sont propres mais les matelas sont durs comme roche. Nous avons deux oreillers chacun ainsi qu’une couverture mince et sans savoir si elle est lavée à chaque fois que la chambre est nettoyée pour les clients suivants. Le frigo est dégueulasse et nous n’y avons rien mis. Le téléviseur à écran plat est superbe avec une très bonne clarté d’image et des films en anglais entre autres. Il y a une bouilloire. La dame ne m’a rien demandé en guise de paiement et j’ai cru que c’était déjà payé même si j’étais pas mal certain que je devais payer à l’enregistrement. Je décide de laisser tomber en me disant que nous verrions le lendemain matin. En quittant le lendemain quand je remets la clé, une autre dame fait un appel téléphonique en me disant que je dois payer une somme de 230,000 VNB. Je ne suis plus sûr de rien et je lui demande pourquoi la dame d’hier ne m’avait pas fait payer en gardant un doute. Elle me demande seulement 210,000 VNB et je règle. J’utilise mon application de traduction et on ne se comprend pas. Je panique un peu pas mal dans ces situations et communiquer au Vietnam est très difficile. Je tente de téléphoner à Agoda après coup mais en vain ne trouvant plus la façon avec laquelle je l’avais fait l’hiver dernier en Asie. Je crois après coup que je devais payer mais j’aurais aimé que la dame qui nous a enregistrés la veille me réclame le montant et je me demande toujours pourquoi elle ne l’a pas fait. L’hôtel est situé dans une zone assez tranquille de sorte que nous avons pu y passer une bonne nuit malgré l’humidité et la fraîcheur dans la chambre. Nous avons fait un appel au Québec à notre fils avec Skype dans le hall de la réception et le signal tait fort, ce que nous avons grandement apprécié. Nous ajoutons des photos si vous désirez avoir une idée de l’endroit. Nous n’y retournerions plus malgré les points positifs. Avis écrit le 16 mars 2019 à Vinh, Vietnam.

Bad services and facility
Reviewed By Minh Trang NReally bad service. Totally not worth the price. Not as commitment. We have elders traveling with us. So my family and the hotel agree to have a room for 1 extra hour after check out. Then at check out, they said it was all full, no room for us anymore. They should have had said it earlier than that. Not at the checkout time. Really disappointed. Food was not good either. Wifi was bad.

Avoid entire town
Reviewed By Dee HFirstly all the restaurants see a tourist coming and then they charge you a fortune for food! Be prepared to be ripped off! And only found 1 place in the town that serves cold drinks! Hotel is not like the pics. It's old, stained sheets, wifi doesn't work. Air con does work which is good, beds are decent and TV works. Manager was good enough to give me a bit of money back for things not being up to scratch which was nice but the damage was already done.
