Amazing hotel
Reviewed By nadyag335The hotel have spectacular views! The service is just outstanding. Staff super helpful nothing was too difficult. Food exquisite. Swimming just perfect. I recommend highly this hotel. Just one hour and a half from the capital Bogotá this place is just a dream!!

Reviewed By Barry LThe service here is outstanding. The included breakfast is limited in selection, but very well made and very fresh. The food is well prepared. This is not the Ritz, so remember the area you are in. I am from New York and i have high expectations. I flew down to Colombia for a wake and stayed here a week. I was worried that i could not find a good place to stay. By chance we wnet here, and i want to share the wonderfull experience with all. We had an amazing view of the mountains. Service was above perfect and the entire staff was so attentive. i did not try the pool, jacuzzi, nor the zip line. Everyone i saw doing this, looked like they were really enjoying and relaxing. I would have given this a full 5 stars, but the rooms are not too soundproof. Like most places in colombia, the construction is usually not accounting for privacy, given the climate based method of construction. When i go back, this is where i will always stay. i dont even want to try anywhere else. Tranquil, private, and plenty of free parking. The front grounds can use some updating like the walways from the parking lot. The place was for us perfect.

Nicest hotel in the area
Reviewed By lramirez513Very nice, food was amazing, service as well. They don't have ATV's as they state nor do they have the horses or the river walk but if you're looking to rest and have a focal point to go visit the other towns, this one is very nice. Beds are comfortable and the 3 mile walk to the pool/river is nice. I do have to add you must visit the restaurant across the street. It's a must, the singing, the horses, the food. Prima voor een nachtje
Reviewed By 934maaikevOp doorreis van Bogotá naar San Agustin sliepen we een nacht hier in the middle of nowhere. De kamers zijn simpel, maar doen wat nodig is. Helaas geen warm water uit de kraan. De Engels sprekende collega deed erg zijn best en ik waardeer je enorm dat ze een vegetarische optie voor me konden maken bij het avond eten. Wel grote zwembaden, maar we bleven daar nu te kort voor om er echt gebruik van te maken.

Bonito lugar
Reviewed By Javier Andrés FNos entregaron una habitación doble decorada para mi novia con pétalos de rosa, estuvimos en un plan de noche romántica que incluía la cena con media botella de vino tinto tipo cabernet un gato negro, estuvo bien, y el desayuno al día siguiente. El personal fue muy amable con nosotros. Volveré con mis padres.
