Reviewed By WilliamArthurSpent a night at the hotel en-route to Moldova. Really helpful staff who couldn't do enough to make it a memorable stay. Rooms were good sized with pleasant views over the park. The city centre was a brisk walk or a bus ride from just outside the hotel. Delicious breakfast and a useful left luggage office.

We are really proud of our design and quality of services we will offer to our guests. The are many things that make us special, such as location (city's main promenade), our dedicated staff members and definitely Yard Coffee shop, which allows our guests to try specialty coffees from around the world. Our company operates since 2013. In Yard Hostel & Coffee we are all crazy about coffee, travelling but apart from that we also love photography, music, fashion and art. Our dedicated staff members are here 24/7 and we speak your language (English, Russian, Ukrainian).

The staff speaks good English music playlist is worth a check, the place opens at 8 which is perfect as most places open at 9 and best part it is in the old city center. Prices are decent as with most places in Ukraine :))).

Reviewed By Monica SFirst of all, you have to be aware that this hotel is pretty far from the center, so if you cannot or don't want to walk too much, this is not for you. The hotel is close to the main road, close to transportation and close to a local market. You can also find a restaurant and some shops around it, where you can buy food or water. Also it is 15 minutes walk from the bus station. The room is clean and tidy, with big windows. It has a minibar, clean sheets, TV and good WiFi. The downside of this accommodation was the staff. The guys from front office do not know English and is very difficult to get any information from them. Also the cleaning ladies were very loud and woke us up in the morning with their noise. Overall good experience.

Reviewed By edotanWe booking this hotel for 9nights because we have a bussiness trip in chernivtsi. We booked this hotel because its written nearby to the place we have to work. The hotel beds so dirty and seems like they never change it from one customer to another. Pillow like have been use for decade! Wifi mostly doesn't work and receiptionist doesn't speak english at all complicated to communicaye with the staff. Beside that, inside room they didn't provide any water bottle or at least glass / cup to drink! Its the worst hotel we have ever been..!

All wrong! This is NOT a HOTEL!

First of all, it's totally unacceptable that the receptionist tells me the price for the room is 700 UAH and then tries to charge my credit card for 25,20€ which equals to 765 UAH! And when I was trying to explain her, that the terminal should show 700 UAH and not any amount in €, she was repeating all over again that this amount of 25,20€ was the balance of my account and not the price I was going to pay! Wtf, really, how a can you be so unprofessional and/or stupid? 700 UAH is 700 UAH so charge my card this amount and not euro! ... And then, the room was terrible! Disgusting light, bad smell, dropping water in the shower, entrance from outside, very noisy street... All wrong!!! This is NOT a HOTEL, but a cheap stupid guesthouse that doesn't deserve the money! I wouldn't stay there even for free! I give two stars because at least they gave me money back when I decided not to stay in this terrible place.

Most friendly staff, perfect location!
Reviewed By 360degreetravellerAllure Inn Hotel is located in the heart of Chernivtsi at the central square, right next to the pedestrian street. Our room was facing the square. Even with open windows there was very little street noise. It was well equipped with an impressive lineup of amenities. The hotel offers free parking next to their back yard. The staff is extremely friendly and genuinely service minded. We had to shorten our stay with one night. The front desk manager arranged this on our behalf directly with booking.com – with a smile. Due to Covid-19 lock down measures, restaurants in town only offered outdoor dining. We therefore had two dinners in the hotel restaurant (open for guests only). These were of good value and served with a big smile. All in all, we highly recommend this nice and perfectly located hotel.

Stay in large suite with balcony
Reviewed By UAprofessorI was here for a week. Great location to walk places. Room was very large with a separate seating area. Modern bathroom, nice balcony, comfy bed. Ate breakfast in the restaurant daily. Good options. There is a large cafe on ground floor that is very cheap and tasty, but full of middle and high school kids at lunch. It connects to the fancier resto-bar of the hotel's same name. I found everyone to be helpful. Housekeeping did not always take the tip I left. Never saw the pool or hammam.

Reviewed By Liz TLocation is very good: short walk to the center of the city. Still, it was quiet. Parking for the car directly at the house in fenced area. Very spacious room, a bit dark, but well lit. Very good value for money. Apparently little has been invested in recent years and there are now a number of renovations and replacements necessary. This concerns especially our saggy bed, which was also quite small. The staff was not very cooperative. In particular, to complain about, our TV did not work and no one in the house wanted to deal with this problem.
