Good for short stay
Reviewed By Predrag SI spent a night in a single bed room. Room was very small, bed also (my guess is that was 80 cm wild) Bathroom also small but with all amitments needed for nice stay. Room was clean and I do not have any complains. Breakfast was very good with everything you may need for breakfast (eggs, musli, yogurth, salami, cheese, some pancakes, fruit,...) Parking is also rather small for this size of hotel, but nice staff alowed to park infront of hotel. Check inn and out was swift and nice.

Reviewed By Dvora Ma Belle BCame to Carpi on business. The rooms are spacious and clean , the staff was very friendly and breakfast was nice. The hotel is located off rout but close enough to freeway and is very quiet. I would definitely recommend.

The Bed and Breakfast La Francesa is a large and beautiful renovated country house with a large garden and vineyard all around the house. The BnB La Francesa offers two double rooms (with bath) and a suite (bed room, bath, living) in the roof floor that can guests two to five people. The B&B La Francesa is the ideal place for a peaceful and relaxing stop. Breakfast is served outdoor in Spring-Summer. Lunch and dinner can easily be arranged with the restaurants next door. We speak English. Small Animals are welcome.
Great, not only for Pet-Owner
Reviewed By Claudia SWe stayed for one night in this B&B on our way back home. The room was big enough for us and our two dogs, a big bathroom and everything new and freshly renovated or build. Isa and Claudio do everything to make you feel comfortable and at home. Claudio speaks english fluently and offers any help in finding a good restaurant. The breakfast is really good with fresh fruits, joghurt and home made marmelade and cake. Not too far away from the highway and a good spot to take a walk with the dog.

La camera si trova all'interno di una villa di campagna, con un parco immenso. Non ci sono insegne ne riferimenti sul campanello e quindi ho chiamato per sincerarmi che fossi giunto nel posto giusto. Titolare molto gentile e con cui ho fatto una piacevole chiacchierata in occasione del check in. Camera molto ampia, con materasso di qualità veramente comodo (lavoro nel settore dell'arredamento). Bagno ampio, con doppio lavandino, vasca ed ampia doccia. Pulizia buona. Dopo una giornata in mezzo al traffico, si riposa veramente bene, nel silenzio più assoluto. Posizione strategica, a 5 minuti dall'autostrada. Lo terrò presente la prossima volta che sarò in zona per lavoro.

Reviewed By Vmax8Good location. Nice room decoration in historic building. Internet reasonably fast. Checkin smooth although lady who checked us in only spoke Italian. Good value for money. In case you checkout early you have to pay when checking in as nobody on duty early in the morning.
