Reviewed By Onur KThis small boutique hotel is situated in an excellent location. Close to bunch of variety of cafés, bars and restaurants of al kinds. Couple of minutes from ferries and plenty of tourist attractions. The room and the hotel itself is newly built, clean, cozy, well-maintained overall. The room did not have a proper wardrobe but did not really need one anyways. Small tv, refrigerator which was empy but functional, queen bed. The size of the room is a little small. There is a little lounge area where breakfast is served. Breakfast is well prepared, definitely delicious. We as a group were delighted to stay here overall. Would stay here again.

Reviewed By world1explorerIt's hard to find excellent hotels in this region but the Avec Hotel comes close. Its convenient, right on the main route into town with its own parking, has a great restaurant for steak dinners and breakfasts, and the rooms are large if a little sparsely furnished.

Gün batımı tepesine gideceğimizi söylediğimizde sepetimizi örtümüzü minderlerimizi hazırlamaları çok güzel bir jestti. Odanın temizliği mükemmeldi, her yer mis gibi kokuyordu, normalde otellerde temizlik kaygısı sebebiyle kaşıntıdan uyuyamam ilk defa içime sindi ve deliksiz bir uyku uyudum. Odamız zemin katta ve aydınlık bir odaydı. Büyüklüğü yeterliydi. Kahvaltısı çok çeşitli, doyurucu ve lezzetliydi. Küçük şirin bir bahçede çok güzel bir kahvaltıydı. Otelin önünde 4-5 araçlık park yeri var bu nedenle otopark sorunu yaşamadık. Konumu da çok iyi Merkeze uzaklığı yürüyerek 5 dakika. Fiyatı da makuldü. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum. ——— Mr. Ufuk and Mrs. Ebru are very friendly and kind people, we were very pleased with their hospitality. His suggestions on places to visit and where to eat helped us a lot. When we said we were going to the sunset hill, it was a very nice gesture for them to prepare our basket, cover and cushions. The cleanliness of the room was perfect, the whole place smelled good, normally I can't sleep in hotels because of the cleanliness concerns, it was the first time I got into it and I slept soundly. Our room was on the ground floor and it was a bright room. Its size was sufficient. The breakfast was varied, hearty and delicious. It was a very nice breakfast in a cute little garden. There is a parking lot for 4-5 cars in front of the hotel, so we did not have a parking problem. The location is also very good. The distance to the center is 5 minutes on foot. The price was also reasonable. I definitely recommend it.

The main principle of our hotel is customer satisfaction. We also have a 1850 people capacity Megaron Convention Center with full internet connection. The convention center has 14 meeting rooms with no columns.

Reviewed By Bwyd2015We stayed at this hotel for one night. Our good sized and clean room overlooked the Dardanelles which was stunning. However this was not a 5 Star Hotel in our opinion. 1. The rooms need better soundproofing. 2. Wifi was average at best and did not work well in some of the public areas. 3. The shower tray was very flimsy and did not feel safe. 4. When you are staying at an hotel half board, of the Kolin's standing, you do not expect to be told it's a set menu. The meal itself was very average and reminded me of an English school dinner a good few years ago. In terms of location there is a small, open late, shopping mall / centre across the road. Useful if you need to stock up on anything. In summary, if we come here again we will research what other accommodation is available in the area, before booking again.

Location is great facing the sea, and all you have to do just cross the street and you are there right on the beach… You will find a few restaurants and coffee shops next to the hotel. Very quiet and nice well-organized lobby with a friendly and cooperative staff. The owners were so friendly and helpful in trying to meet any need we had. The rooms were clean. Bathroom too. The pillows and beds were really comfortable! Had a really nice rest. On my next Bozcaada vacation, this will surely be again my place to stay!
