Reviewed By Kiet QIt was an amazing 3-nights stay at Phu Cuong Hotel. The location was good, in the city centre and could easily travel to other parts of the city as well as the province. Breakfast was tasty, however, the selections were limited and the same everyday. Room was spacious, nice, and elegant. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Service was amazing too.

Cám ơn resort đã tạo khu nghỉ ngơi đẳng cấp tạo công việc làm cho người địa phương. Nhân viên phục vụ thân thiện, lịch thiệp mang nét đặc trưng của người miền tây. Tuy nhiên, resort nên chăm chút hơn về dịch vụ phòng nghỉ của khách hơn sẽ mang lại trải nghiệm tuyệt cho khách lưu trú tại mảnh đất Cà Mau xinh đẹp với dịch vụ đẳng cấp và cũng như nên training cho các bạn nhân viên với cách phục cao cấp hơn để gia tăng giá trị dịch vụ và làm lượng khách quay trở lại nhiều hơn. Chúc resort phát triển và thành công hơn nữa trong tương lai

Venus Hotel is located in the Ca Mau VNPT Building, right in the heart of the city, very convenient for traveling, transportation, shopping, night market. Sao Kim Hotel, newly built (opened in early 2018), should be modern, comfortable and comfortable for your stay.

But while we had a window that covered the entire wall - it was 90% blocked off by some late construction work! and the remaining window could not be opened, so a bit disappointing. the bathroom door would not close, no hairdryer, typical hard bed, towels were stained so we used our own. Air con was too loud! and you can't sleep without it as it is too hot and stuffy. All somewhat minor criticisms, but with minimal effort it could have been so much nicer shower had good water flow and hot The best thing was they provided an early breakfast for us as we had an early flight, so a big thank you for that!

Disappointed hotel
Reviewed By GinnyleeinwonderlandWhen I heard that it's a 4 star hotel, I expected it would be better than I thought. Then I was disappointed. It was located in Ca Mau city, near the square and many street food spots. Dinner was bad and tasteless. Breakfast was bad, too, not too many choices, sweet potatoes were not sweet, most of the time it was out of food. The best choice was noodles. The hall floor and carpets were dirty and sticky. The room had nice view however, there was only 1 armchair in the room for 2 people, the towels were old, the blanket was dirty. When I touched the mirror in the bathroom, a screw fell off. Staff were nice and helpful, they quickly show up when I asked to change the blanket and fix the mirror. I have to say for a 4 star hotel, it was so disappointed

Quiet Place for a good Rest close to the Road
Reviewed By surfdogs88When I was getting close to the hotel I was afraid it would be nest to the road. But the actual building is away from the street! You can not hear the noise and it is quiet. Great!! The room is big enough and you get a table, chairs, a fridge, AC and a fan. Bathroom big enough as well. The bed was comfortable. There are fly screens at the window and you can open the shutter if you like. In front of my room was a little garden sitting area - great if you want a quiet beer or if you smoke. The owner and staff were great - even without a lot of English we used Google translate. I would stay there anytime again!!

Reviewed By khachsandonganh25I spent 2 night in hotel. I think It is a good pleace to stay. It located in center . You can walk to around and buy anything in Sence mall near the hotel. Receptionist helpful and polite . I enjoyed a happy trip when travel in Ca Mau and stayed in Dong Anh hotel !
