Very good place to stay, excellent café
Reviewed By Froggy2DenmarkLovely place! The café is excellent with a fantastic choice of cakes. The café is the centre of it all – it also works as the reception and breakfast restaurant. Our room (no 5) was good and there was nice thick towels and proper duvets. There is a common room where you can sit and relax if you want, you can make your own coffee there, there is a microwave oven, and a fridge with drinks that you can avail of (to be paid in the café upon check-out). Breakfast was served in the café and it was gorgeous. There is no dinner restaurant but different options in the town (we had dinner at the Philippsburg Castle – a great place). The staff (the owner, we think) was really friendly and helpful.

Reviewed By Barbara OStaying at this Braubach guesthouse was a treat after staying in a hotel for several days. Here we had a more personal touch of being with Germans and experiencing their way of traveling in a more intimate way. Our host greeted us warmly and spoke enough English so everything was understood. Our room looked out over the small central square with a few restaurants and pretty houses. The breakfast was lovingly presented with homey touches and quality-certainly enough for any traveler to choose from. As we were visiting Braubach in September, it seemed a bit quiet and lonely. I was expecting a small town, but something a bit more lively. Despite that, we enjoyed our stay at the guesthouse and walking through the town in the early evening. As mentioned previously, parking is a couple of blocks away, and although the car was left in a public area, we felt safe leaving our rental car there.

Reviewed By 454edwintNice hotel with a lot if history. Clean room and good beds. Even a "bedstee" for our youngster. Breakfast was different because of corona, but still very good. Ideal hotel to go walking or just to relax at the mozel.
