Reviewed By 596wudit is very unethical for the employee at 101 to ask us to scan a QR - to access certain website, and then use our phone to write a review for their own advantage. At first, we thought they just helped us to set an account for filling a survey for their internal purpose. They pretended to ask us what needs to be fixed, and we had said that the bed was too soft and we could barely sleep at night. Also less variety for breakfast. However they used our account and writing a completely different review on tripadvisor without our concern. Attached you can see what they have posted, even mention their own names for their own benefit. For sure, we will not return to stay at this unethical hotel again.

Was having the highest floor w/ a million dollar view of Bogor Botanical Garden trees and also the Salak Mountain. All was at its best. Many thanks to Mr. Lutfy (Front Ofc. Spv.) for the warmest greeting and kind assistance during our stay.. Definetely will come back to Ibis Styles Pajajaran when we're in Bogor.

Our room had amazing mountain view. Nothing nicer than coming “home” to our room after tiring days. We got in time access to our room which was lovely, staff were all very friendly and approachable. Nice touch of hospitality from Susan at the Front office. She was super helpful and thoughtful. She indeed a wonderful individual and Valuable asset to the company. I love variety of breakfast so much. Lots of Indonesian food. The greeter/Staff at entry of restaurant is very friendly. My kids are so happy. And definitely will come back... Because Ibis styles Bogor raya left wonderful "kenangan" for us

Every staff member — from the receptionists to the cleaning staff to the security, managers, and more — is incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. Don’t miss the spectacular views of Bogor city from the rooftop cafe/restaurant. And, take a walk through the peaceful, lush urban garden near the entrance ramp to the main lobby! On top of all that, Bigland also has the perfect central location to explore Bogor. What a nice place.

Reviewed By emir_gbkThis hotel is pretty big, and the location is pretty good as well. The cleanliness wasn't too good, as well as the lighting in the bedroom. In the Superior room, there is no plug available. So if you want to use the plug, you must unplug on of the hotel equipment. Breakfast was quite good, pretty much variety they served. I hope the Hotel Management can improve some aspects (especially service and cleanliness) to be better in the future.

Reviewed By ameliadea409My stay here was great! I was greeted warmly by the receptionist and received a nice, refreshing welcoming drink as she quickly checked me in. The room itself was pleasant and clean! Very comfortable and had quite a nice view out the window. We ordered some food through room service for dinner, and everything was actually pretty good (although, we were quite disappointed that quite a lot of our initial choices were unavailable). The next day, we had requested our breakfast to be sent up to the room instead (because we were still cautious about covid tbh), and thankfully they were able to accommodate our request. After checking out and already half-way on the road to Jakarta, I realised that I had accidentally left behind an envelope of money in the room. I called the Front Office Team to check whether housekeeping found the envelope while cleaning. They said they would reach out to me if they had an update, and a couple of hours later they called me back and told me they found it and were keeping it safe! I was soo happy, and extremely grateful that the team was really helpful through it all. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and may come back :D
