Perfect for relaxing vacations, the Hotel Belvedere offers all you need to rejuvenate body and soul. Nothing better than a peaceful holiday by Lake Como at Hotel Belvedere in Bellagio to get away from it all. Also known as the pearl of Lake Como, Bellagio is located at the tip of a peninsula which divides the lake in two arms and faces the Alps across the lake. Such a unique position has been making Bellagio a famous holiday destination since the Roman times. The panoramic restaurant and terrace of Hotel Belvedere offer stunning views of Lake Como. Additionally, the hotel features a luxuriant garden and a wellness treatment center, including an outdoor heated swimming pool, a large spa tub, a fully equipped fitness room, a Turkish bath, a sauna and much more to provide guests with a relaxing holiday in Bellagio.
We stayed 3 nights with our daughter. The hotel is situated just a 5 minute walk from Bellagio centre, great location with wonderful views over the lake. Belvedere lost a star as we were slightly disappointed with our room, it was very cramped for 3 people, had no outdoor space and a tiny bathroom with no proper shower, the toilet was also coming away from the wall so not stable - some maintenance required here! It did however have a superb view. The pool area is very nice and spacious with lots of sunbeds spread out over lots of different areas, there were always plenty available. Nice pool bar. Breakfast was great, lots of selection, dinner on the terrace was also very nice. The staff here are superb, very efficient, welcoming and friendly, I think that's what really makes this place, that and its location.

The Grand Hotel Villa Serbelloni is one of the oldest and most elegant hotels in the Lake Como area and the only 5 stars deluxe hotel in Bellagio. From April to November, the salons and the large lakeside garden offer the chance to enjoy a vacation far from the madding crowd and close to nature, immersed in one of the most beautiful panoramas in the world. Lovers of tranquillity can alternate the pleasure of a poolside drink with beauty treatments and programmers at Villa Serbelloni SPA, the Hotel's own Beauty Farm; or they can set off from the private dock for a motorboat trip to the historic gardens along the lake which, in Springtime, attract tourists from all over the globe, especially for the wonderful flowering of the azaleas.
Here is the quick and dirty. Rooms are very nice! Location is unbeatable. Grounds are outstanding. Breakfast, in a lovely classic room. Can literally jump on the ferries to the adjacent towns in a snap. A win and I will definitely be coming back and staying in the same place

Great location if you want to be close to the ferry and busy tourist area. Old beautiful building that has not been renovated in many years. Hard uncomfortable bed. Do NOT recommend half board. We had one. Only served indoors despite the hotel having an outdoor restaurant and great weather. Half of the salad buffet was just veggies poured from a tin can. Good meat main dish, but the dessert was again just tin caned fruit poured in a bowl. Breakfast was OK, but not great. When checking out they could only pay the room with card. Other charges had to be in cash (cash - in 2022!!)

My wife and I are always a little concerned when we book a three star hotel – we have had some extraordinary experiences in the past! From the moment we and two friends arrived, however, the Silvio was a delight. We knew that we were arriving very late because of the flight times but there was an offer to leave a simple supper for us. The keys to the rooms were exactly where they were promised to be. The rooms were simple but warm and the beds comfortable. Shower pressure was good and hanging space more than adequate. In the morning, the views from each balcony overlooking Lake Como were simply stunning - a glorious panorama. Continental breakfast was excellent, and served by two delightful staff who are a credit to the hotel. Indeed, all the staff, and the owner who introduced herself to us, could not have been more helpful and interested. We were there for three following nights, and excellent recommendations for local restaurants were much appreciated. We ate at the hotel on one night., and the quality of food, wine and service was exceptional. This is a family run business of the highest quality.

Positioned on the slope of the Bellagio promontory, just a few minutes walk from town center, overlooking Tremezzina and bordering the gardens of Villa Melzi, which dominates from above, with which shares the incomparable view of the Lake Como basin as far as the eye can see.Agritourism is surrounded by private park composed of olive groves and cultivation of small fruits.
Perfect place to explore Bellagio. Beautiful view, lovely gardens, and incredible stonework around the property. If you are looking for a quiet setting with lake views, this is your place. Special thanks to Mary, Irma (?), and Luigi. Best breakfast in Italy!

My sister and I stayed at this BnB for 2 nights. It is a 25 min walk to the town of Bellagio and you can pass through the lovely Villa Melzi on the way. It is actually located in San Giovanni with the ferry conveniently just outside the hotel, from here you can easily explore the towns surrounding the lake. We arrived after 6pm on the first night, by which point the reception had closed. We had trouble finding a taxi, so I called the BnB for some advice and Laura very kindly came to pick us up. On the way to the hotel she told us about the area and suggested places we might like to visit. She also recommended the restaurant next door called Ittiturismo Mella (delicious and well priced!) and how it’s important to prebook. Once at the hotel, an envelope was left outside with my name. This had some instructions and our room key card. The room was very nice. It had A/C, a fridge, was spacious, very clean and the beds were comfy. The breakfast the next morning was good; fruit, pastries, cereal and the option to make a sandwich or simply have some toast. We saw Laura again this morning at check out and she offered some valuable advice on getting back to Milan. We didn’t realise there was a direct train from Varenna! (We originally took trains to Saronno and then to Como, followed by the ferry to Bellagio). She provided us with a schedule of train times and was again a huge help. Thank you so much Laura! We look forward to visiting again. 100% recommend.

This Residence, while well located, does not have air conditioning, and being on the third floor is VERY HOT. I complained to the front desk and they sent an electrical fan, which is like blowing hot air in your face. In addition, the decor is grandmother’s Spartan, the ugliest room in my three week trip from Venice to Milán. I could go on about the lack of an elevator, lousy bed sheets and cheap pillows… In summary, stay away from this place, it will kill your enthusiasm!

I've never given negative reviews to restaurants, because I know it can hurt. But this one in particular should be warned! In all my life, this restaurant was the worst experience I had, besides the average food and super expensive dishes. My problem was that when I went to pay my card it was denied more than twice, the waiter started to disrespect me, insinuating that I didn't have the balance to pay the bill, he started to be very rude. Until other customers started having the same problem, at that moment he practically forced me to get in his car and go get money on a Sunday with all the banks closed. I traveled from the UK to Italy for two days, and ended up losing my peace for a day because of this s**t restaurant. Totally rubbish, eat a hot dog on the street but don't go There.
