Overall a good hotel. Was not busy at all. We were here with a group. The service at our meals was slow but most likely due to lack of the ability to get help. Same problem all over. All the staff were pleasant. The rooms were large and had a king bed.

I stayed at this family run hotel for a one night get together with friends from college. We all received a warm welcome from John (the proprietor) on arrival and enjoyed the banter with him at the bar during the afternoon. The rooms were spacious clean and very comfortable and very reasonably priced. Both my friends and myself thoroughly enjoyed the late night banter and laughs with Krystjan who is a credit to the hotel. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and the service was excellent. Next time I'm in Ballina I'll be coming back here. As a person who works in hospitality, I would like to say thank you to John and Krystjan for making our stay extra special. Wishing you guys a great season!
