What a Holiday, Can't Wait To Go Back
Reviewed By JessicaDowdell94Where can I start, what an absolutely amazing holiday. We loved every minute of it. I messaged the hotel on Instagram before going, requesting a low floor. When we arrived, as we was there for 15 nights, we had a room on level 4 for 1 night then changed to level 1 for the remaining 14 nights. The rooms were good, just what you need for the minimal time spent in them. The food was brilliant, a huge variety to cater for all, however several times there was no tables or chairs where it was so busy. The A'Le Carte was lovely too but is set meals option and only 7 meals to choose from. A downfall was the mass of students that arrived. I'm talking 300 maybe and how they acted all day everyday, it felt like a student holiday. Other guests said that this particular group wasn't the first and that before they arrived, a mass of 7 year olds for a football tournament turned up and was carnage. The wifi is brilliant in the lobby but is very laggy in the rooms and around the pool. The weather was amazing, we went 22nd May to 6th June. Every day was around 28-33 degrees. Bliss! The animation team was what made our holiday. They are all so lovely, warm and welcoming. But I have to say, BATIN made my little boys holiday. They truly was the best of friends. He was so lovely, we wish we could have taken him home with us. Batin, Conan, Viktoria and Aysu, thank you for the most amazing holiday, you always ensured you interacted with us daily and gave us so much of your time which we will always cherish. Murat (Junior), Bilal and Ali were the sweetest of souls. Murat and Bilal thank you for all the laughs we had. They call Bilal a big teddy bear, but I'll tell you who he is, he's Balloo off the Jungle Book. (Thank me later). The bar staff were great and always worked so well under pressure, thank you to Kubilye and Goydze. You were always so helpful and kind, greeting with a larger smile. Adil in guest relations is lovely, he will help you wherever he can. If you ever need help, ask for him. He studied in England, so speaks English very well. Batihan, it was a pleasure and we will be back. Sooner than you think. Sending you all so much love from Bristol, UK xxx

The rooms were clean, the rain shower very pleasant, the huge glass windows give you a nice view, AC was working well and we had a good night rest. We stayed for 2 nights and when I had to go to a doctor, the receptionist went with me to a taxi stand and arranged everything. The dinner was prepared fresh, we enjoyed a beautiful sunset on the roof terras. Breakfast was a delicious buffet. Friendly staff, a bit shy, but nice. There were cold drinks and chocolate in the mini fridge free of charge. Location is perfect to either explore the city or to go down to the beach.

Hotel Altinersan is located in Altinkum resort center and is 150 meter from the Altinkum beach. Hotel Has 76 rooms. Each room has 2-4 beds, a bathroom with shower and WC, a Balcony, AC , TV, and a Fridge (AC and fridge payable locally) There are two lifts 1 for each block. There is a big Swimming pool with a seperate children's section. There is Restaurant Cafe Bar available in the hotel.

However we heard from family who also used to do the same; but had tried the Palmin and encouraged us to try it. I have to say I don't think we will go back to Villas. Our stay was so enjoyable. I found being in the hotel had the right mix of being a relaxing with also the option to be active. We have two boys and they thoroughly enjoyed all the Animation Team fun around the pool..including; Darts challenges, water polo, Zuma, fun challenges. The team there were great fun for all, but if you don't want to do all of that, it is no fuss there is plenty of space to relax on the lovely pool loungers. Credit to the animation guys, they are so good with holiday makers. The food in the hotel we enjoyed. A good mix of Turkish and European. Special mention on the deserts in the evening..really good. The staff in the restaurants and bars pride themselves on good service. To be fair that can be said about all staff we met from reception to the cleaner. For drinks there is a good choice, and if you like a nice draft beer the Efes on tap is nice. I also enjoyed the odd G&T which is as good as anywhere. In the heat a nice ice slush from the pool bar is nice. I can't really think of any grumbles to be honest. I think this hotel won't disappoint if you give it a try.

Reviewed By hannahy123The hotel was a nice spot for visiting Ephesus. Breakfast was good however dinner food was average at best. We had a deluxe sea view room and it had a wonderful view. About 25 minute walk to the shopping district. Staff was okay but not the greatest. Good hotel but not 5 stars.
