Fantastic Hotel, Friendly, helpful Staff
Reviewed By annettepM7515SIWe stayed at this wonderful hotel for 2 weeks from 6th May - 20th May 2022. We had been here before so knew we'd be well looked after. We had taken some friends with us and unfortunately, Colin was taken ill while there, involving a stay in hospital. The management and staff were absolutely wonderful to Jean, his wife, during the extended stay with them while he was in hospital and indeed took good care of them both until they were able to fly home. We cannot thank everyone, from Management , hospitality staff, waiters, cleaning staff, gardeners etc. for being so wonderful at this traumatic time. This hotel is clean, from actual apartments, public area including the pool area, the food in the restaurant is excellent, freshly cooked to order, drinks are fairly priced and, as mentioned before, the staff are absolutely wonderful. IF I COULD GIVE A HIGHER RATING FOR THIS PROPERTY ,I WOULD, IT IS BETTER THAN 5 STAR!

All rooms are cleaned daily and the restaurant and pool area again very clean. Food very tasty and lots to choose from. Thank you for making our holiday the best !

Located in the center of the town , around 200 m away from the beach . There is an aquapark behind our hotel which is free entrance for our guests . Our hotel is a family run business . We prefer to serve Turkish food but we have a big variety of other options as well .
Basic hotel but worth the price you pay
Reviewed By JaasiaI booked this by arriving at the hotel and bargaining at reception. My mother came to see me and I was in a hotel that was fully booked. This was the nearest. Paid £15 Per night for couple including breakfast. They showed us a few rooms and we choose the most best. It’s very basic but my parents were making day trips so we’re not at hotel most of the time. Rooms have Air condition free of charge which is a bonus for this type of hotel. It was very powerful. Basic breakfast but filled them up. Walk to to main road and you can get bus frequently. Use the pool and it was clean and sufficient to us. Would return to this hotel as a budget hotel.

Reviewed By C3797FSsamjGutted I wasted my money! Was here for 2 weeks few years ago lovely so booked same hotel...... New management new staff, 3 safes got broken into, slides were off most of the day, beer watered down, food cold and same day in day out. Cleaners used the same mop and bucket water for the whole 2nd floor!! By the time it came to my room water was a dark brown! No thank you. Had a 2 year old so used a high chair at every meal times waiter would bring the high chair covered in stale food and grime not just a quick wipe it was filthy ended up not using it. Couldn't complain they would agree, and give me the same highchair the next meal time and stand in a group smirking I felt awful never will I bring my family here again and I have been to Marmaris 7 times never been so disappointed with an hotel.

This is the best place to go either as a single traveler, a couple or as a family which we did. They are so welcoming brilliant with Kid's and Adults. The meal deals are a bargain and very tasty. They took into consideration my wife's food allergy. The pool is great with the slide. The hotel is spotless. Anything you need they will go above & beyond to help. Location is fantastic only 8TL(40p) on the dolmus to go into Marmaris. Thank you for an amazing holiday

Epic hotel is the place to be. Why, you say? It is a family run hotel so you feel very welcomed by the Turkish hospitality. The rooms are all done out in style for your comfortable stay. Relax round the pool or enjoy the fun that's goes on with our staff from water polo to darts plenty to do for all age, friendly staff to attend your every needs they will put a smile on your face and make you stay the best ever to remember. Enjoy lunch round the pool with a full range of tasty food and drinks from milkshakes to cocktails to a nice cool beer something for everyone. Our half board guests will experience the selections of wonderful foods and lots of wonderful tasty sweets to get your taste buds dancing. We also have a Chinese and Indian Restaurant were there is full entertainments program and a nice place to sit in style, great games area for the children. What more could you ask so this is why you should stay have it the traditional way or enjoy our Turkish culture and that is not to be missed we cater for all walks of life!

Reviewed By maynutz2000Wot a joke!!!! Just arrived home after staying 1 week in this dump!!!!! Arrived 1am to 1 Russian lady behind reception, taken to our room!!! I refused to go into the room !!!! Right at the top of the building with slopping ceilings, 3 adults and a 12 year old !!!! So tiny we couldn’t open balcony doors, only 1 person could fit in the bathroom at a time and the door didn’t close!!!! I asked for another room and took our bags bk downstairs to my horror they just left us there and disappeared!!!!! No choice but to sleep there and no air con !!!!!!! Changed rooms later that day!!! Basement family room!!! Breakfast/ cheese omelette/ bread/ cereal and salad. All inclusive starts at 10am, vodka at 11am then finished at 5.30 pm/ lunch I couldn’t make out wot it was !!!! 4 hot trays but not plugged in so cold !!!! Everything shuts down at 11pm . No music no entertainment no manners only 4 staff who was always there all the time, room not cleaned/ no fresh towels!!!! I asked for towels and bought a kettle I wouldn’t rate this as a hotel at all it’s more like a hostel and I don’t think it will be open for business next season as it’s that bad!!! I’ve been going to Turkey for 20 years this was supposed to be a cheap break but my god it was a nightmare!!!! We ended up in the hotel up the road and used their facilities. This place is full of Russian who eat drink and stay by the pool all day every day they have no manners and are rude and ignorant!!!! Avoid this place !!!! I looked at the pics before I booked and the rooms looked good, load of rubbish!!! No tea/coffee making facilities no phone and definitely no fruit even lunch/dinner there was melon for desert and that was it!!!! We ate out all the time !!! Mouldy fridge/ shower head doesn’t stay in the holder towel holder on the floor smells coming from the drain just filthy/ dirty hotel!!!!

Basic and unfriendly
Reviewed By AdeleLeeds19We stayed at club Atrium the first week in June, arrived late after a long flight delay, coach dropped us off at the back of the hotel and we found our way around to the reception. We were taken to our room, not shown anything such as where breakfast was or any other facilities, taken to our room on the 2nd floor and left with no information. The room itself, small with 3 beds in it, a balcony and a bathroom with a nice walk in shower. Air con was £40 and a fridge £25, we didn’t get either. The beds were comfy. The TV was a big back 12” from 1980 so don’t expect to be watching telly much. We found our way down to breakfast after a long gruelling night of travelling, gutted was how I felt. Breakfast was scrambled eggs and sausages which I can only describe as polony boiled in tomato sauce?? And randomly a salad bar. And of course toast and coffee. If you wanted Full English it was 75tl or 50tl if you’re staying bed and breakfast. It was nice enough. We decided against eating any other meals at the hotel. The complex itself was nice, a barber/hair salon, a tattoo studio where the artist is good, more expensive than at home though, I didn’t get a tattoo there myself but saw lots of her work. The pool is 1.5m deep all the way round without a shallow end, and the baby pool is just a baby pool. No slides or anything, so kids in between who can’t swim well can’t stand up in the pool, they have entertainment and stuff around the pool but I’m a bit boring and doing party dances to crazy frog isn’t my thing, so we didn’t spend much time in the pool. As I stated above, entertainment isn’t my thing so I didn’t go to the hotel bar at night, although this could be heard from my room rather loudly until midnight when the music was turned off. The guests were loud and thoughtless, coming back to their rooms. Also during the night, the external corridor lights stayed on randomly until 5am, this appeared to attract loud birds/bats into the open stairwell/balcony which made sleeping difficult. There is a shop next door where they are very friendly and helpful, can get snacks and drinks and stuff there. The staff didn’t interact with us at all, but we didn’t hang around the hotel much or spend our money there on their facilities so I expect good morning/evening etc was probably a lot to ask. They weren’t rude at all or unhelpful though. Overall I’ve stayed in better, but I’ve definitely stayed in worse. It’s was very clean and probably great for families and those who like noise and entertainment, but I’m boring and like to get up early and go to bed early so not the fault of the hotel. Would I stay here again, probably if I got it cheap enough but it wouldn’t be my go to hotel.
