Evans Studios is a family business which consists of 6 full-equipped double rooms (possibility being threebed Room). At the guest disposal there is a transparent pool and a cosy snack-bar. Moreover, a free parking space is available. The studios are located at Alykes, which is one of the prettiest seaside villages of Zakynthos; But, the greatest (+) of all, as far as the business is concerned,is the hospitality and all our good family mood that you will receive, so as to make your holidays one of the best!
Fantastic week
Reviewed By paulbKent_First time in 3 years because of Covid and just slotted back in as if we were never away. Evans and his dad do everything they possibly can to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Nothing is to much trouble for them and we had a fantastic week with them. Yes it is a little bit of a walk to the beach but found we didn’t want to leave his pool as everything you want is there. We have been going there for quite a few years and have to say we will still be going there for many more years to come. Also have to mention the pine cones restaurant a sort work away as found it a lovely place to eat

If you are travelling by car, the hotel offers spacious free parking but our hotel can also arrange the transfer from and to the airport.
This is so far the best hotel we were to in Greece

It would be great mistake to miss served dinners here. Excellent food. Rooms - clean and comfy sleeping. Location of hotel - in the center of island and in town with lots of services. Summary - we got everything for best holiday. Special thanks to staff

2nd year and just as good!
Reviewed By enjoysthesunStayed in 2019 and enjoyed so much booked again. Asked for same room and got and friends given next door to us. Kitchen been renewed since last here and rooms clean and spacious. If needed anything like extra towels just had to ask. Pool and bar area spotless and always able to get sunbeds. Bar prices good and family members of staff always happy to help. Able to keep rooms on for €20 till 18.00 when we got picked up. A little bit of walk in to main area but flat so easy to do. One thing we noticed was how clean and tidy Alykes was this year. Loved our holiday yet again! Thank you to all the staff.

A little gem right on the beachfront
Reviewed By Audrey NWe have just returned from this amazing paradise which has the most fantastic views directly onto the beach and over to Kefalonia. The apartment was very clean and modern and had everything you could need for a self catering holiday. Full size cooker and fridge if you wished to dine in (although Alykes has plentiful wonderful restaurants), washing machine and iron if you wish to travel light and a decent hairdryer. Our host Evans welcomed us on arrival and answered any questions we had. Always available via WhatsApp before and during our stay. One of the friendliest hosts we have had. The views out to sea are just wonderful and listening to the waves each morning whilst having breakfast was so peaceful. We stayed October for a week and although it rained 2 days (had been terrible before we arrived) once it stopped we had wonderful sunny days, pleasant and not unbearably hot but warm enough for a swim in the sea. Alykes itself was closing for the season which we knew before we went but enough bars and restaurants open for us to enjoy. Less than 5 mins walk to Apollo restaurant and Virago Bar and a further 5-10 mins to centre of town, all on the flat. We were sad to leave as had the best time and could not recommend Laura Beach House highly enough. If you want a piece of paradise then I would advise you to stay here.

Perfection!
Reviewed By Cornock57Alykes Park for us is like going home and the Latta family are like our own family. This year, because of COVID, we were very nervous about going abroad for a holiday but we really need not have worried. The bungalow was, as always, immaculately clean. We had a superior one with a lovely walk in shower, modern oven and hob. The grounds are so beautifully laid out and spacious that social distancing is no problem at all. Eleni, Mina and their parents always make sure guests are looked after. Even in the middle of the terrible Cyclone that battered the island, Eleni was knocking on guests doors to see if they were ok and needed anything! Dennis provided us with gorgeous home grown grapes and melon, Mina was always on reception to help if you needed anything and even Nefeli, one of the families cats, adopted us for the duration of the holiday. Thank you so much Eleni, Mina and your parents for making our holiday perfect despite COVID and the Cyclone! X

Fosse stato un po più vicino al paese sarebbe stato perfetto...ma resta un'ottima scelta considerato che a Zante senza mezzo proprio non ci si sposta! Unica pecca, come ovunque in Grecia, la doccia senza tenda: un dramma ogni doccia!

Wow pool bar
Reviewed By Arran HRoom was ok. Basic Greece accommodation. But the pool area was great, very good pool and plenty of sun beds and large parasols. The bar staff were the warmest, kindest people you could meet. Homemade burgers are probably the best you could eat. The luxury milkshakes are fantastic too.

Lovely stay
Reviewed By Jessie WWe have just returned from wonderful 10 night holiday at Irini's. George picked us up from the airport which was a wonderful start to our holiday. Our friends had one of the apartments on the first floor which was ready on our arrival. Our bungalow wasn't ready but that certainly wasn't a problem. Far from it! George sat us down on the shaded veranda of their own bungalow next door to ours. He proudly bought us a jug of his home made wine and wonderful Feta which home made olive oil. Couple of jugs of wine later our bungalow was ready! It was just two of us in this two bedroom bungalow which would suit a family but not a couple of friends as you had to walk through the second bedroom with twin beds to get to the kitchen and bathroom. Perfect for us. Huge veranda which was mostly shady. George and his lovely wife Soula on hand to help with anything you need. The whole family made us all so welcome one night when they invited us to their bbq with the most amazing tender pork. Back home today and I've already emailed Irini to get dates to come back in May and again in September. You will not be disappointed with your stay here. Its about a 10 minute walk into the main part of Alykes. We've always stayed the other end, past the salt flats. We much prefer this part of Alykes.
