Reviewed By qscofr1Greatly service was so greatfully and friendly specifically assuming we don't speak German. Related to rooms was so basic and small but for a business trip may be enough for other uses probably very small. Bathroom and room was very very clean and make us to feel in a really good place. I will probably come back if I have business near there

Reviewed By WolfgangH1670Wir waren als Paar (60+) vom 1.12. auf den 2.12.18 im Hotel Franke in Alstätte zu Gast und waren angenehm überrascht. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Gästhaus (Nr. 1) und fanden ein mehr als tolles Bad vor. Es war außergewöhnlich im Stil, halbrunde, offene Dusche, keine Bodenkante, tolle Fliesen und die Wände in einem super Struktur-/Glattputz. Das Zimmer war -wie in einem Hotelbetrieb üblich- normal eingerichtet, die Matratzen sind als sehr gut zu bezeichnen, nicht durchgelegen, optimal straff. Dadurch hatten wir auch einen sehr guten Schlaf, was bei 1 Übernachtung nicht unbedingt üblich ist. Das Hotel liegt mitten im Dorf, also sehr kurze Wege um einen Einkaufsbummel zu machen. Kneipen oder Grillrestaurant ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Heute war Weihnachtsmarkt und die Anfahrt war bedingt durch Straßensperrungen etwas umständlich, aber letztlich findet man den engen Parkplatz hinterm Hotel. Aber dafür hatte man den Weihnachtsmarkt auch förmlich vor der Nase. Nachteil heute: wegen des großen Besucherandrangs in den Gasträumen keine Möglichkeit von der Karte zu bestellen. Allerdings gab's ein Abendbüffett in zwei Schichten, also schnell essen und weiter geht's. War nicht unsere Sache. Das Personal war trotz des riesigen Gedränges sehr, sehr freundlich und der Zufluss der geistigen Getränke verlief recht zügig. Also, alles top!

Reviewed By ahmadeldeebI’ve been there on a business trip and I can’t tell how I was impressed by this hidden gem. The staff were so hospitable, the room was more than beautiful, spacious, clean and with a comfortable bed. Heating can be controlled and the toilet and bath are separated. Amenities are provided and were of decent quality. The restaurant and service within were more than perfect, we were 10 and I think everyone on my table enjoyed what he/she ordered. Definitely recommend.

Reviewed By Sredna1Stayed for one night during a business trip in the area. Looks as an old farm converted into a hotel. Room was large and nice. Good bathroom and comfy bed. Poor work space. Did not try their internet but it's available. Good breakfast with big selection.

Kalt und Falschinformationen
Reviewed By CHSGWir hatten draussen 3 Grad und im Zimmer war die Heizung nicht eingeschaltet. Es war wirklich sehr kalt. Wir haben die Heizung auf dem Tablet angestellt aber es passierte nichts. Haben somit den ganzen Tag und Nacht gefroren. Es gibt leider keine Rezeption an die man sich hätte wenden konnte damit man zumindest einen kleinen Heizstrahler bekommt. Wir hatten die Business Suite gebucht, da es laut Internet ein 2m Bett gab. War aber tatsächlich nur 160cm. Das sind Falschinformationen!!! und sollte auf der Homepage und bei booking.com korrigiert werden. Das Bett quietscht, wenn man sich nur minimal bewegt. Nervt beim schlafen. Ansonsten war die Suite sehr schön, und modern. Man hatte viel Platz und auch das Bad war gut. Ein gepflegtes Hotel. Ist das die Zukunft, ein Hotel ohne Rezeption? Für mich definitiv nicht. Wenn man einmal etwas braucht und keiner da ist bin ich lieber gewillt 50€ mehr auszugeben und habe wenigstens ein Minimum an Service.
