Reviewed By V1100YHisabelrAt the end of April, we went to Ljubljana for a whole week with our study-association. We were with 23 people in total and had a lovely time in Hostel Tresor! The staff was really kind, they would always help up if we had any questions and all the facilities (badrooms, toilets, general space) were very good. We had breakfast every morning, which was very nice and tasted good. It was an amazing experience.

Reviewed By Journey10349461025The hostel is near a train station and just almost 10 min walk from the center of Ljubliana. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The rooms were a bit small but very clean. The wi-fi was very good. The breakfast was okay. The only problem is that the hostel is in a not friendly neighborhood, other than that it is a good place to stay if you are on a budget in Ljubliana.

Worth the money
Reviewed By AXA-IndiaNo complaints whatsoever. It’s within walking distance to the old city center, nearby is a mini supermarket, bakery and restaurants. My room is facing the road and we get the occasional vehicle noise. The owner speaks English and she took time to indicate the places in the old city.

First time in a pod
Reviewed By David MNever expected this as my room as it was booked for me. I was pleasantly surprised and found the place quite cool. Staff were helpful and the place was tidy and good Wi-Fi. Room was cosy and ambient. Although the room was basic it had everything you need. A light, chargers, qr codes for accessing info the beds were very cosy however I kept banging my head when I woke up ? Brill place to stay however I feel it was overpriced compared to previous places i have stayed. Would stay again for the experience

Worst treatment
Reviewed By StefanoC1226We checked online the working time, and as it was until 11pm we decided to go and we reached there 10.40 pm. The hostel was already closed so we tried to knock the door and call the phone number but nobody answered. After 2 minutes someone opened the door and came out, pretending he wasn’t working there. He claimed he didn’t know anybody but also he didn’t let us go in. After clearly lying about it, he kept repeating that he finished working and he had to go, even though we said we didn’t have a room and we wanted to book it for that night. All of this during the opening time. So he locked the door, grabbed his car a quickly went away. Defenitely not the way to treat 2 potential costumers!

Great Stay
Reviewed By SkipendresThis place was wonderful. Excellent location and service, especially by Marusha. She arranged parking near the property and answered my many questions about the city. Rooms were clean and my spacious bedroom had plenty of room for luggage and clothes. Easy access to old town and Preseren Sq. Staff provided excellent recommendations for cafes, wine bars and restaurants. Highly recommend this place and its reasonable prices.

Amazing place to stay!
Reviewed By Shota KThis guesthouse is located in very cozy and quiet area of the city. It has beautiful garden with benches and hummock. You can relax in the garden and enjoy your tea. The staff is very nice and helpful. Bus stations are 3-4 mins walk from the house. Rooms are very clean, modern and well-equipped. If I ever visit Ljubljana, I stay at the same guesthouse. Highly recommended!

Hostel Zzz is a brand new and one of its kind, first and only "party" hostel in Ljubljana. It is located in the heart of Ljubljana and is a part of Lokacija, which is an intersection of art and events, bar and cousine, entertainment and good rest. Lokacija quickly became one of the top spots to hang out, since there are more places to visit in one building - Club K4, Bar Zorica, Tink4 superfood cafe and us - Hostel Zzz. Underground Club K4 is located in the basement and is "the oldest resident" here in the building itself, furthermore it is one of the most known and oldest clubs in Ljubljana, definitely a "must" visit once you are here, while Bar Zorica is a "newcomer" that we opened in the summer of 2021 - you can get some really good drinks and food here, also a great place to meet new people and mingle with the locals. There is always something happening in our house, so there is no chance for boredom. :) *Sleep is overrated*
Impossible to sleep
Reviewed By Z5252WTtommThis hostel is right above a nightclub that plays music until 5am very loudly - it is impossible to sleep and it ruined our day. Staff are not understanding and their advertising does not warn you about this but they will claim they did. Poor security - doors to rooms are unlocked so anyone can enter at any time. Stay anywhere but here unless you expect to participate in the clubbing. Otherwise, facilities are okay - bathrooms could be cleaner but not terrible. Worst hostel experience.

The best stay, great location, great value
Reviewed By owlh2022Me and two friends booked a private room (shared bathroom) and we had a lovely short stay in Ljubljana. The staff were so friendly. Mika was so welcoming when we arrived and offered many things for us to do and pointed us to a walking tour (which was great!) they did our washing for us for just 10€ - this includes washing and drying and putting in our room. The place is clean and obviously regularly maintained and cleaned. Cannot fault it. Everything was perfect. Also great location!!
