Despite a snafu with a failed booking through Agoda, the front desk staff cheerfully matched the price and took care of everything. The rooms are like a stylish modern downtown loft, with high quality solid wooden doors and modern clean furniture. Excellent lighting, air conditioning, water pressure in the shower, and modern bathroom fixtures. Large floor to ceiling windows.

With 4 units of 2 bedrooms and 2 units of single bedroom available, we also provide free high speed wireless internet access, 32" LCD TV with Cable service, and a small simple kitchen with refrigerator, and make yourself a cup of tea or coffee with the electric kettle provided in the room.

The staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean and have everything you need with a lot of space for backpacks/suitcases and stuff. The pool was clean as well and most of the time we had it for ourselves. In a less than 10 minutes walk you reach the famous double six beach. Also a lot of Restaurant etc. around the villas.

Noisy and dirty
Reviewed By BeescombaStayed for a few weeks. What started as a great experience ended up in a disaster. 1. Maintenance and cleaning The place is falling apart. Moldy walls doesn't seem to have seen paint since the time of building. Opening a crane wets the ceiling. Using the shower usually floods the whole bathroom. That's actually a good thing because the bathroom wasn't cleaned for our whole stay. Or before. There was years of dust and rubbish in every corner of the room. Most room doorhandles looked as if a truck ran over them. 2. Facilities The internet was barely working over the whole time of our stay. We've been moved to another room because the aircon wasn't working. The aircon in the 2nd room was also not working. Getting hot water is a hit and miss, but mostly a miss. Calbe TV showed black screen warning the cable bills weren't paid. 3. Staff Frontoffice staff are very polite but very poor managed and totally in the blind of what's happening. They pull the typical hide and protect card; nobody is responsible, they'll contact their manger which will contact the owner. 4. Noise The building design results in every sound made getting amplified over the whole property. You would imagine the staff anticipates on this to make the guest's stay an enjoyable one. Sadly this was not the case. During the day it was mostly the housekeeping staff that were shouting in the corridors and slamming doors. In the late evening (10pm-01am) there were people eating and getting drunk in front of the pool, playing music and shouting. We counted 15 people, most of them weren't in house guests. They seemed to have a good time, not exactly the case for the other guests. When asking them to be more quite they started cursing and told me to go back to my room. When we couldn't bare the noise anymore we went to the front office to find the security. Security just smiled and kept on smoking while watching youtube on his handphone. An hour later we came back to complain again, just to find him sleeping on the couch. Clubs in Bali close at 3-4pm. Again be prepared for guests doing afterparty in the pool and shouting in the corridors. Everybody wakes up except the security. Then at 7am family time begins. Adorable kids filling up the pool shouting and screaming. Sleeping time is over. I'm easy going and a deep sleeper. The sheer lack of care baffled me. My first good rest was on the airplane home.

They pretended we had no booking despite showing them our confirmation! ON NEW YEARS EVE!!

It was all confirmed and we were told that we would need to settle the payment on arrival - standard practice with booking.com. However on arrival we were told they had no record of our booking and were fully booked - on NEW YEAR’S EVE!! The receptionist/owner could not have been less sympathetic or helpful, she wasn’t interested in seeing our confirmation & just told us that we’d need to try the other hotels in the area (again - it was NEW YEAR’S EVE!) When we tried to protest she actually said “so what, you want to sleep here on the reception floor??” We’d been totally polite the whole time so it was just unbelievable that she could be so rude. What made the situation even more suspicious was that she proceeded to make a phonecall in which we heard her mention my friend’s full name despite us only having told her a surname, which shows that she did have our details. It definitely felt like we were being played somehow. Obviously getting last-minute accommodation on NYE is like looking for a very expensive unicorn. We fortunately managed to find somewhere but the whole experience was just horrible and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who actually wants a room guaranteed!

It could look great but It looks like it’s had no attention since it was built and I don’t feel the pictures are a true reflection of the place. The internet is very poor it any in the room and the bathrooms are absolutely awful and I question the cleanliness. Also pretty far from the centre.

The worst experience ever ??
Reviewed By 202daryapMy husband and I came here on 24 of May and that’s how I found out the place. There was a mess, a real lack of sanitation ! The sofa is full of spots and stains and smells ?? I found hair near the fridge and nuts in a cupboard in the second floor. Whats more awful , I asked an administrator Sibuk to come and see the state of affairs. After I showed him the mess and rubbish that must be removed when guests are coming , he said the cleaning will be only on Sunday (it was Tuesday) and I can pay for extra cleaning 150IDR - is that okay that they offered me to pay for their fault? I don’t think so. The thing is that personal didn’t do anything to tidy the apartments. The second thing is the WiFi connection- I’m SpeedTest it’s shown like 1.25 - I asked them several times to fix it, not nothing changed during the week! It was impossible not even to work, but to download a page on Google. We decided to leave it, because the conditions are not worth any amount of money! And in the end, they said that “we have a non refundable system in our hotel” so they can’t return our money (we paid from 24th of May till 7th of June), so the rest they kept to their selves. we also paid a tax of 100 idr, although there was no talk of this in advance ! And for the electricity as well. For instance, we went to holidays and turned down all the lights in the house and when we returned after 2 days trip, the lights were on on all the house. In conclusion, I highly recommend you not to stay here in any case ! It’s disgusting, awful and the baddest hotel in our lives. Some photos from this place .
