Reviewed By AnutasworldYesterday I checked in to Cabanas green yard. After spending just few hours I had to leave and book another hotel. The room is very dirty ( I have picture to prove ) , there was no hot water, no WiFi although it was advertised. There was also no manager on sight to address the concerns. On top of that they refused any compensation

Reviewed By _go_nadzzThis place lacked customer service. Let me say though the younger lady at reception was MUCH nicer than the older lady. We came at 8am and the sign on the office said “open” but no one is around. We rang the bell and pounded on the door to no avail. Finally the lady comes out looking disheveled and angry at us for arriving when their office is closed. What the heck. In addition, we rented a 2 bedroom apt that can house 4 people. We received a quote online for 3 people because at the time we didn’t know our 4th group member was going to join us. Even though the apt can hold 4, we had to pay WAY extra for the 4th person for that one night. It was an additional 77,000,000 COP. What the heck again. Last but not least we got their recommendation for a buggy rental “esmeralda” which has a buggy stand right outside the San Miguel hotel. This vendor was horrible. They charged us 90,000,000 COP for 3 hours and instead of a decent golf cart (which we btw knew was gonna be slow), it was BARELY moving. Even other golf carts were passing us. In additional the steering wheel was not working straight, constantly needing to steer straight again. Total waste of money. What the heck again. Overall, not a good experience at all staying at this place especially due to the older lady at reception. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Reviewed By leslyecortesEn el mes de febrero nos hospedamos con una amiga en estos departamentos, son super cómodos tomando en cuenta que eran super baratos, además de la excelente ubicación ya que están en pleno centro, al lado de centros comerciales, el muelle donde se toman los Tours y la playa principal.

Reviewed By 25gabrielalexandermUn lugar tranquilo y agradable para el descanso, bonito, limpio, económico, aseado y sobre todo la calidad humana de sus empleados, que nos brindaron siempre su amabilidad. De verdad que lo recomiendo, es seguro, a su alrededor hay tiendas y supermercados, el acceso al transporte público es ahí mismo, saliendo desde la puerta de la calle, cerca al centro, al muelle, quedé encantado!

Reviewed By Galaxy112It is right in front of a quiet beach. Balcony with chairs/AC in the bedroom/huge appartement with view/shuttle bus stop in front of the building to the "centro". No luxury (you are on a island, everything like maintenance has a huge cost), but the location is everything, away from the big tourist crowd. Just 5 minutes by foot away there is a small shop (street Tom Hooker)and the excellent -highly recommanded- Miss Janice Restaurant is located 10 minutes by foot away. The Hotel is locally run and the owner Lisandro is a very friendly honest and helpful guy!

Good location, smelly water
Reviewed By Shaf6666Let me give you all a real review of this place. 1 - Great location two minutes walk to the beach 2 - Decent sized apartment and very clean 3 - Antonio does not speak English so not sure why people say he does - he helps using Google translator 4 - Antonio is very helpful and a nice guy 5 - The water stinks like drain water from outside I guarantee your room will smell like a sewer 6 - It is very safe around the apartment 7 - No safe in the room but they have a draw with a lock / safe would be better 8 - The night guy is very rude does not care abut the customers and speaks very loud on the phone when people are sleeping, walking up and down the phone and I do not mean for 5 mins last time he was on the phone for over an hour screaming - Oh yer at 4.30 - 5.30am not good!!! Thank you Antonio for all your help.
