The territory is located in the heart of Cabarete, just 1 minute walk to the beach. The beach is ideal for water sports (surfing, kite-surfing), as well as for relaxation.
Terrible experience
Reviewed By 435orlFirst of all, if you pay in Dominican pesos (by card or by cash) they give a very bad rate which is almost 8% higher (the booking.com order was in USD). After we got to our room we first noticed a very bad small all over the place. When we’re tried to take a shower we’ve noticed there is no shampoo- just a dispenser with a very low quality soap. The shower itself needs maintenance, extremely low water pressure and no hot water (just warm). There is no phone in the room so I went back in a very heavy rain to the reception just to find out it is already closed and there is nobody there, although it was only 7pm. When we asked for shampoo via booking.com chat we’ve got the answer (and I quote): “It should be in the room”. Having no choice I drove to the city and looked for a supermarket that is opened at night and finally bought a shampoo. In the morning they asked us via booking chat if we still need the shampoo. This place is relatively expensive and you can easily find much better hotels or apartments.

Reviewed By Carloss75200169I truly believe that if anyone is going to stay at this Resort I hope you read this review before booking and book at the other Resort Tropical which is much nicer, cleaner, and better service. To start off it was my birthday weekend and the first room we checked-in too the bed mattress felt like a kid mattress and I could feel the springs on my back. After the 1st night in that room we complained and we were moved to the same room just 3 floor ups. This room the tube was clogged and the sink too. We complained with guest service and front desk and they did nothing about it for 2 days by the second day we ran out of beer and water and we called to get the fridge refreshed and we never got any water or beer for the remaining of our stay which was 4 days later. the service sucks and the beach is not in that resorts its at the other resort which you have to take a shuttle to get to since its a long walk in the heat and up/down hills streets. the pool looked green and dirty and the restaurant at this resort really suck. They had not flavor and taste nasty. The bar only had 4 options of alcohol and it tasted like crap. Our stay was horrible and the Resort took us on a tour to upgrade our wrist band which turned out to be a lie since we didn't buy one of their timeshares and don't fall for the 1 hour tour cuz it was 4 hrs. of nothing and prices were crazy expensive. The COVID-19 test to return was done at the other resort Tropical which was a lot nicer and cleaner. We had to wait almost an hour to get the test done to then get the results back at our hotel after they tell you to wait for the results there which we wasted another 45 mins for nothing. The people working there accept you to tip them every time you ask or want something if not they don't service you or they just walk away and forget you ever asked them.

The chef really knows his way around all courses - salad dressing was freshly made and very flavourful, pasta cooked to perfection with choices of sauce and seafood, salmon and mahi mahi also presented very well. Desserts were delicious! Service by Wilton was top-notch! We would cheerfully enjoy the experience again. Take your time, relax, and enjoy the food and atmosphere.

What a gem!
Reviewed By CshyrMy family and I traveled to Cabarete for the first time a week ago. This place was a wonderful home away from home. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. They arranged airport transport and made helpful recommendations for our day trip to Ocean World. The condos are well appointed and extremely clean. The cleaning staff came daily to clean and ensure everything was working well. The condos are right on the beach. And while the pool is small…it was perfect for us. We can’t wait to come back!

A week in Paradise at the El Magnifico
Reviewed By twkingstonWe stayed a week at El Magnifico in April 2022. We stayed in a 3 story building (2nd floor) beside the pool. Beautiful landscaped property. Very private and quiet but only a very short distance from the main Cabarete beach and restaurants. Michele and Vanessa at the front desk were very helpful. Highly recommended!!

Privacy and comfort
Reviewed By ValeriaP2148The Villa Flore is a two story house. In the upper larger apartment live the people who pay attention to the property. In this apartment there are 2 bedrooms which can be rented. At the beginning we had reserved such a bedroom on Booking.com. But when we arrived they have offered us a smaller apartment in the basement. We really appreciated this offer as it allowed us to have a private bathroom as well as to enjoy more privacy. This all for a very small and negligible higher price of 5 dollar to the total amount. Postive Points: - fridge to keep drinks and food cold - kitchen were can be cooked - own bathroom (with hot water) - enough space for 2 people - 2 fans (one in the entrance area and the other one in the bedroom) - stuff is friendly and helps when something needed - a big supermarket is close the the house - bus station is close (7 minutes walk) Negative points: - beach is not that near (15 minutes walk) - TV was not working (but they told us in advance and we told them that we dont need it) - WIFI signal wasnt always good Over all we were satisfied with our accomodation and can recommend it.

Reviewed By katrinae500Stayed for 5 nights. Place is on a quiet street but near lots of restaurants and nightlife. The room was clean, had what I needed, and the balcony and pool, which was empty when I was there, were nice. I had to find my own bottled water because it wasn't supplied.

We can offer you just the space that you need.A few steps to the magnificent beaches of Cabarete, and to the many restaurants, points of interest, groceries, banks and shops. Everything is short walking distance.
