Excellent hotel with a big heart of service!
Reviewed By rkph71At this point of writing, I am still staying at this hotel. Frankly,I mistakenly booked this hotel thinking it was Swiss Garden Hotel but it is different. And normally I would stay at Double Tree Hilton Melaka. Let me tell you of my experience: 1. I was called 2 days before arrival to confirm if I am coming. They have also asked me what time I would like to arrive. I chose at 12 pm and they comply. I never had such experience staying at other hotels. 2. Parking is free. 3.Upon arrival, we were greeted at the door by the front desk officers. Very welcoming and polite. 4. Front office staff then explain on what is available at the hotel. And having booked 2 rooms, they offer us a connecting room. That is awesome! 5. One of the front office staff even help to carry our luggages to our room. 6. Room is a decent size, very clean, comfort, aircond is good and water pressure and heater works well. 7. Price of hotel is very reasonable. 8. Location is near to many places of interest but we need to drive. Truly a small hotel but with a big heart. Kudos to the work well done!

Really recommended! I'm booking with SINGGAHSINI SUITE @ ATLANTIS RESIDENCES. you guys can check out this homestay using Fb and IG!

Not Hotel. No free cancelation.
Reviewed By Salmah HIt is not a hotel. Just room for rent. Once you confirmed booking, you will not able to cancel. Cancel with full payment even it is weeks before booked date. Have to call the owner to come for the key. Cash. Not all room has balcony. Family single room expensive and small. Have water boiler, hair dryer and iron. No supply of coffee, tea. Bring your own.

Noisy karaoke
Reviewed By 89brooklynlDont bother staying here the karaoke place underneath the building is noisy as fk. Who even allow them to build a karaoke place under a potential airbnb/hotel building. Hope they can do something abt the karaoke place downstairs

Reviewed By CosyTraveller74In simple & straight forward statement. I would conclude the condition of my luxury suite in this apartment unit as poorly managed & need serious maintenance works done. Few observations such as Dusty rooms, pipe malfunction, aircond adjust problem, toilet door knob malfunction, smelly pillow, dusty & bad odour of blanket, Dirty, sticky feeling floor & few stains spot on the floor. Nice pictures published but can't believe our own eyes once we are at the apartment. That all. Thanks!
