Reviewed By DayTrip814683Had to stay here unfortunately due to a timeshare promo. Staff was never working, lady manager always had a justification for our complaints. Hot water is non existent there, water actually shut off at 10pm and didn't turn back on until after 9am on day. Bar girl inside the lobby very rude, we asked for her to call the manager who had vanished for over 40 minutes and she said she didn't have a number to call her at. Free breakfast? Never. You have to go ask the same unhelpful bar lady for food and she would go and hide in the kitchen so no one would bother her. Then, the TV sucks, bad service, one day it wasn't even working, had to call the non existent staff again! Had to ask for towels because they wouldn't replace the ones in the room during room cleaning. Bathroom shower was super dirty with dirt streaks down the tub, GROSS. You get what you pay for. If you stay there, make sure you are barely in the room. WIFI didn't reach the room, so NO WIFI. Safe in room was broken, so not safe to leave anything in the room, they even disclaimed that!

Reviewed By WhiteDarrelI read some of these other reviews, and frankly was embarassed by the entitlement and spoiled behavour some tourists confessed to in thier reviews. A resort this is not. However, it is 3 blocks from one of the best beaches in the world. All the best tours will pick you up at BAM market a block and a half away. The staff here is accomedating, friendly, and tolerant of me speaking English at them constantly even though its kinda rude to do that. They have a nice open roof level terrace to drink rum and hang out on at night, and enjoy an included breakfast - usually yohgurt, cut up fruit, sandwich, coffee, and passionfruit juice. This is a good location in a rapidly developing country I would recommend this spot and return someday.

Reviewed By 607sarikI came here after really bad experience in Punta Cana Majestic Mirage. Dont chooce that hotel for your safety. But in Bayahibe Tracadero Hotel and Resortst it was really great. Nice appartement, very caring host and staff. Staff was english speaking, very kind and caring , but not disturbing you, like I get the feeling I was in the wrong way disturbed in majestic mirage. In majestis mirage the food was like in every "chain- restaurant" , but here in Tracadero food was great. And athmosfere sophistiicated, restaurant staff behaved just as they are supposed to do. Everybody was nice and helpfull. They know the ethicets. Do not go to Punta Canas crowded overpriced all Inc places, came here to Bayahibe Tracadero! You will get good service, food, and relaxing, not "partypeoplecrowded" hotel style. And here you feel safe and cared. Evening entertainment was also stylish and local, not just playing european hits.

If that’s not confusing enough, it’s nowhere near Bávaro nor central Punta Cana nor ANY beaches. It’s located in a residential community in the Verón area (which is in the general Punta Cana region of the country). However, it is pleasant, reasonably priced accommodation near a large supermarket (department store really), a Pizza Hut, and fast food chicken restaurant. My room was actually more of a suite with a nice kitchen, dining area, living area, and good air condition in the separate bedroom. It was all spotless. The pool was cold but clean and there were plenty of places to lounge around it. I moved to much cheaper accommodation that was just as nice (without a kitchen) a few blocks from the beach. However, this might be fine if you just want a place to lounge around in the sun and cook your own meals.

Reviewed By Nadethi_OR4 adults staying in a beachfront 3 bedroom on 2nd floor, rented through Airbnb for a week. Beautiful view, spacious balcony, private white sand beach with lounge chairs and shade. Beautiful property, security, bar on beach with food, great restaurants and grocery just outside property. Everything was clean and felt very safe. Had a wonderful relaxing time with friends. Pools and beach not busy at all. Much different vibe than crazy busy resorts where it's impossible to find an open chair by pool or beach in Mexican tourist areas. Best vacation ever!!

Upon arrival late at night we found a small detail less than perfect with our room and we thought this was going to impact our short trip. Within 5 minutes management came and made things right. It is of great value to know you are booking at a place with resident management that will address issues on the spot even at off hours. The manager stayed in contact with us via instant messaging and it was really a pleasure to deal with. Our apartment was nicely decorated, super roomy, with comfortable furniture, a very functional kitchen with newer appliances, outlets everywhere, marble counter-tops, spotless glassware and flatware. We had everything we needed to cook and eat. The A/C was modern and powerful. The showers had no issues, hot water came quickly, very clean, no rust, thick and thirsty towels. The beds were really comfortable. Wifi was surprisingly fast with strong signal throughout the condo. We got a unit with ocean view and a spacious balcony. The pool was spotless and while not large, we always found free spots where to sit. Parking is gated with parking spots close to the building entrance. We had no issues with bugs or insects inside or outside our rooms. Next time we visit Punta Cana, we are coming back to this property.

Was für ein Blick !
Reviewed By Jürgen SDas Hostal war ein Volltreffer ! Es liegt direkt am Wasser und der Blick von der Loggia in die Bucht ist besser wie Fernsehen. Die Lage ist ein Traum. Nur 50 m von der Ablegestelle der Saona Boote in die eine und 200 m in die andere Richtung, denn es gibt zwei verschiede Ablegestellen. Das Hostal bietet auf der kleinen Terrasse 2 m vom Wasser übrigens auch Essen, oder Getränke an. Unsere Wohnung umfasste 2 SZ jeweils mit Bad und Dusche, eine große Küche und eben diese Raumgroße Loggia mit traumhaftem Blick auf die ankernden Boote. Man konnte morgens das emsige Treiben der ablegenden Saona Ausflugsboote beobachten und war in 1 Min. zu Fuss im Hafenzentrum mit all den Bars, Restaurants und dem Super Colmado ( da müsst Ihr mal hin ! ). Also - perfekte Location für Saona Ausflügler statt mit dem Touribus aus Punta Cana anzureisen. Ich meine was gibt´s cooleres, als von der Trauminsel zu kommen und direkt die nächste Kneipe anzusteuern, statt in einen überfüllten Bus zu klettern ?
