Reviewed By sto_kzIn our three week travel along the Turkey coastline, this was the best hotel experience and best value overall--and we stayed in a wide range from 5stars to quaint little lodges. Very comfortable, squeaky clean room and bathroom, excellent water pressure, tea kettle and stocked fridge at reasonable prices, good linen, air conditioner and WiFi working well. Great quiet location. Wonderful fresh turkish breakfast with well-selected organic ingredients, fresh orange juice, jams and toasts. You can order your eggs fried or boiled, great turkish coffee too. The host is very attentive and caring. It was just really so home-like and relaxing. Highly recommend!

Our place is at the seaside and 2 minutes by walking to downtown, we have 7 different apartments most of them include sea view and all of them include balcony also features barbecue and free parking
Very Near the Beach and Gentle Short Walk into the Town
Reviewed By faircitizenWe stayed in several different 1+1 units of Kaya Apart over the past few years. We have always been happy to come back. Each individual apartment has its own unique bonus over the others: e.g. a patio, a balcony with a vantage view, an extra air conditioning unit, a much welcome dishwasher etc… The owners Remzi Bey and Gülfidan Hanim are easily available for any enquiries and timely attend to minor glitches if any, such as with air-conditioning units or taps. The sea is about 50 yards away and there are plenty of sections of the beach front within easy reach. The hotel is a gentle, pleasant and short walk away from Datca centre and there is easy access to cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. Datca is an idyllic and ancient town and off the beaten track. We always left as satisfied customers and would never hesitate to book again for the following year.

We offer you the opportunity to have a peaceful holiday in our guest house in Hayıtbükü amid the natture and sea.Our rooms have air conditioning Shower and toilet. Our Apart-units were renovated and refurbished in 2012 and include a seating area, Lcd Tv, Wi-fi, along with a fully equipped kitchen.

Reviewed By Peteq139After deciding to have a couple of days in Datca we chanced across this little gem, and weren't we lucky. We got the ground floor apartment, a smallish but well equipped kitchen area for the self catering family, a large living room with three sofa beds for the larger family, table and chairs, air con and T.V., a large double bedroom and a separate shower room and W.C. We felt at home as soon as we went in, everything seemed spotlessly clean. The location was excellent, 150 meters back from the small but nice beach, excellent for swimming. A quiet location with ample parking areas. Last but by no means least, it is run by a lovely family and the owner/ manager and all the staff we had any dealings with were very pleasant and helpful and you got the feeling they would do anything to please. Overall, excellent very reasonably priced apartments. Would we return next time we go to Datca? Definitely yes.
