Excellent appartements
Reviewed By Kate KWe were staying in Bodrum in February. These appartements are really fabulous. Ours were facing the seaside, so you can enjoy sunsets and peaceful views over the sea. Kitchen includes absolutely everything, bathroom is also well equipped. Beds seemed comfy for us. What's important - they have a free parking. Staff was polite and helpful, responded to any questions Highly recommended place to stay with friends, or family :) P.S. pleasant bonus for cat lovers: they have a lot around the territory :))

Reviewed By frankamiriambThe apartments are located midway between Bodrum and Gümbet so all things you may think of wanting to reach are on walking distance. The room was beautiful, spacious, functional, clean - even if I was in bed ill dor 2 days and several times cooked food for friends, I could not find a flaw and felt at home. The only minus - a very small one - was that when going I could not get hold of anybody neither by sms nor by mail, so I just left the keys in the room and hope they are ok with it. In any case, I would always come back here and highly recommend it.

Located in the heart of Bodrum
Reviewed By nirot2021I stayed here with my girlfriend for 3,5 months during covid. The place itself has a great quality/price ratio. Even before the covid was effecting the prices. We enjoyed staying there and the manager (Ertan) helped us with everything we asked from residence permit to finding a hospital to get a covid tests done. We sure miss the whole staff and our neighbors there. I recommend this place to couples, families and why not to people traveling alone as well. Thank you once more. I hope we will meet again.

Spacious apartment in quiet area
Reviewed By NZKiwianaWe stayed for 3 nights in a spacious apartment at Rose Residence. Plenty of space with a combined lounge/sitting area and kitchen with a gas cooker, large fridge and a few pots and fry pan – enough to prepare a meal. The kitchen also had a modern automatic washing machine which was a real bonus for us. Fast and reliable wifi, flat screen TV, aircon in living space and bedroom. The bedroom was spacious with a queen bed and storage space, and the bathroom had a separate shower, toilet and basin, and solar hot water. The apartment also had a generous size balcony with a table and chairs - perfect for meals. Clean swimming pool with loungers and umbrellas, and secure car parking in front of the apartment. The gardens and grounds were all very well maintained by the manager. There are lots of steps to get to any of the apartments, and no elevators. The apartment is in a local neighbourhood, 10 min walk to a large shopping mall, large supermarket and the nearby beach. There are local buses for travel to the harbour and castle. With a car, the location was no problem and still close to all areas. Negative points for us – the bathroom and kitchen were not very clean when we arrived, and the outdoor furniture was really grubby. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay and the quiet location.

Mümkün olduğunca insanlardan ayrı kalmak istiyorsanız bu odalarda kalmalısınız. Yemeklerden çok beklentiniz yoksa covidden mümkün olduğunca uzak denizimize girelim diyorsanız öneririm. Deniz kumsal güzel ama otel gittiğimizde oldukça kalabalıktı bilginize. Yalnız yemekler konusunda misafir ilişkilerine görüşlerimizi bildirsek de misafirlerin çoğunun beğendiği şeklinde bir cevap aldık.. Yorum sizin..

The apartments are idealy situated with Gumbet beach only 200 meters and the town centre within 100 meters. The complex consists of 50 aparts, each designed for comfortable occupancy by 4 persons. Every apart has a balcony or terrace,living room,fully equipped open kitchen, bathroom and constant hot water.They are all air conditioned. The facilities include a bar and restaurant with waiter service, mini Market,TV lounge. It is a family run establishment with friendly and welcoming staff.
